Cinta dan Religiositas Pada Kumpulan Lirik Lagu dalam Album Serenade Karya Ebiet G. Ade: Kajian Stilistika

Penelitian ini menggunakan objek material album Serenade karya Ebiet G. Ade dan objek formal teori stilistika Gorys Keraf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab dua rumusan masalah penelitian. Pertama, mengkaji pemanfaatan gaya bahasa pada kumpulan lirik lagu dalam album Serenade karya Ebiet G. Ade terkait cinta dan religiositas. Kedua, mengkaji fungsi gaya bahasa dalam album Serenade terkait cinta dan religiositas. Gaya bahasa yang dianalisis, yaitu gaya bahasa berdasarkan nada, struktur kalimat, dan langsung tidaknya makna. Fungsi gaya bahasa yang digunakan, yaitu alat untuk meningkatkan selera, alat untuk memengaruhi atau menyakinkan, alat untuk menciptakan keadaan perasaan hati tertentu, dan alat untuk memperkuat efek terhadap gagasan. Keseluruhan data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis melalui pendekatan stilistika. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya bahasa berdasarkan nada untuk memberikan perintah dan instruksi. Gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat meningkatkan nilai estetika. Gaya bahasa berdasarkan langsung tidaknya makna untuk memahami pesan, tujuan, gagasan, dan makna tertentu yang disampaikan pada kumpulan lirik lagu dalam album Serenade. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya bahasa yang dominan dalam album Serenade, yaitu gaya bahasa hiperbola dan gaya bahasa klimaks. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sehingga disimpulkan bahwa kajian stilistika mengenai pemanfaatan gaya bahasa dan fungsi gaya bahasa dalam album Serenade diperolehnya penggunaan bahasa yang menunjukkan kekhasan atau identitas dari pengarang, yaitu Ebiet G. Ade sebagai pencipta lirik lagu sehingga dapat diperoleh gagasan (1.) agar tidak mudah menyerah dalam berjuang untuk mendapatkan seseorang yang dicintai, (2.) bahwa perjuangan tidak akan pernah sia-sia, (3.) menyakini bahwa takdir akan menolong setiap manusia, dan (4.) hubungan manusia dengan Tuhan harus selalu dipupuk dengan beribadah, berdoa, berpasrah, berikhtiar, dan mensyukuri nikmat (rezeki) yang telah Tuhan berikan.

This research uses the material object of the album Serenade by Ebiet G. Ade and the formal object of Gorys Keraf's stylistic theory. This research aims to answer two research problem formulations. First, examine the use of language styles in the collection of song lyrics in the album Serenade by Ebiet G. Ade regarding love and religiosity. Second, examine the function of language styles in the album Serenade related to love and religiosity. The language style analyzed is language style based on tone, sentence structure, and whether the meaning is direct or not. The function of the language style used, namely a tool to increase appetite, a tool to influence or convince, a tool to create a certain emotional state, and a tool to strengthen the effect on ideas. All data in the research were collected using qualitative methods. The data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive analysis methods through a stylistic approach. This research shows that language style is based on tone to give commands and instructions. Language style based on sentence structure increases aesthetic value. Language style is based on whether or not the meaning is direct to understand certain messages, goals, ideas, and meanings conveyed in a collection of song lyrics on the album Serenade. The results of this research show that the dominant language styles in the album Serenade are hyperbole and climax language styles. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the stylistics study regarding the use of language style and the function of language style in the album Serenade resulted in the use of language which shows the uniqueness or identity of the author, namely Ebiet G. Ade as the creator of the song lyrics so that ideas can be obtained (1.) so that it is not easy give up in the struggle to get someone you love, (2.) that the struggle will never be in vain, (3.) believe that fate will help every human being, and, (4.) the human relationship with God must always be cultivated by worship, prayer, surrender, make efforts, and be grateful for the blessings (good fortune) that God has given.
