Maskulinitas dan Femininitas Tokoh Perempuan Na Heedo dalam Drama Korea Twenty Five, Twenty One (?? ??, ?? ??)

This study discusses the masculinity and femininity sides in the character Na Heedo, who is the main female character in the Korean drama Twenty Five, Twenty One (2022). The aim of this study is to identify the masculinity and femininity sides found in the main female character. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. This study analysis uses Janet Saltzman Chafetz's theory of traditional masculinity (1987).
Based on the analysis of this study, it shows that Na Heedo has four areas of masculinity and four areas of femininity. First, four sides of traditional masculinity are found in the character Na Heedo. In the physical appearance area, it was found that Na Heedo had a strong and brave traits. In the area of sexual masculinity, it was found that Na Heedo had a sexually aggressive trait. In the area of intellectual masculinity, Na Heedo shows his ability to be rational. Lastly is the other personal area, Na Heedo had a great self-confidence.
Second, four areas of traditional femininity were found in the character Na Heedo. In the area of physical appearance, it was found that Na Heedo felt worried about her appearance. In the area of emotional, it was found that Na Heedo is sentimental, expressive, can cry, and nervous. In the area of intellectual, it was found that Na Heedo has shallow thinking, perceptive, and has an 'arty' side to herself. In the area of other personal, it was found that Na Heedo has shy and innocent traits.
Even though Na Heedo has the same four areas of masculinity and femininity, Na Heedo is a female athlete whose femininity is more dominant than her masculinity.
