Sejak pandemi Covid-19 terjadi, Kemenparekraf membuat program

Sertifikasi CHSE untuk membangkitkan usaha-usaha pariwisata dan ekonomi

kreatif yang terpuruk di Indonesia, salah satunya pada hotel kelas bintang di

Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta sebagai destinasi wisata. Namun hingga memasuki masa

postnormal, Sertifikasi CHSE tetap diterapkan dengan menyesuaikan program

menjadi Sertifikasi SNI CHSE yang diatur oleh Kemenparekraf dan BSN. Oleh

karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah program tersebut

masih efektif diterapkan melalui analisis hubungan penerapan Sertifikasi SNI

CHSE dengan keputusan pembelian kamar yang dilakukan oleh wisatawan pada

hotel kelas bintang di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan pada

penelitian ini adalah survei, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Survei dilakukan dengan

menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 156 wisatawan yang pernah menginap pada hotel

kelas bintang di Provinsi D.I Yogyakarta pada tahun 2022 – 2023. Hasil dari

penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan cukup

kuat antara penerapan Sertifikasi SNI CHSE dengan keputusan pembelian kamar

yang dilakukan oleh wisatawan.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the Ministry of Tourism and

Creative Economy created the CHSE Certification program to revive tourism and

creative economy businesses in Indonesia which have been a downfall, one of

which is in star-class hotels in D.I Yogyakarta Province as tourist destinations.

However, until entering the postnormal period, CHSE Certification is still being

implemented by adjusting the program to become SNI CHSE Certification

regulated by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy and BSN. Therefore,

this research was conducted to find out whether the program is still effectively

implemented through an analysis of the relationship between the application of SNI

CHSE Certification and the decision to purchase rooms made by tourists at starclass hotels in the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. The methods used in this research

are surveys, interviews, and literature study. The survey was conducted by

distributing questionnaires to 156 tourists who had stayed at star-class hotels in the

Province of D.I Yogyakarta in 2022 – 2023. The results of this study indicate that

there is a significant and quite strong relationship between the implementation of

SNI CHSE Certification and the decision to purchase a room made by tourists.
