PERJUANGAN PROFEMINIS MELAWAN KETIDAKADILAN TERHADAP TENAGA KERJA KONTRAK PEREMPUAN DALAM FILM CART: ANALISIS KRITIK SASTRA FEMINIS

Film Cart karya Boo Ji-Young merupakan film yang diangkat dari sebuah kisah nyata di Korea Selatan. Film ini dengan jelas menggambarkan perjuangan tenaga kerja kontrak perempuan melawan ketidakadilan. Film Cart juga menunjukkan sisi kehidupan seorang perempuan yang berjuang dalam memikul peran ganda, yaitu sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan buruh perusahaan perbelanjaan. Penggambaran sosok perempuan dalam film ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa perempuan tidak selalu dilabeli sebagai wanita yang lemah dan mudah ditindas. Penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan teori Feminis Sosialis. Teori Feminis Sosialis merupakan sebuah teori yang menganggap bahwa dasar ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan disebabkan oleh penggabungan teori patriarki dan kapitalisme. Sistem patriarkat dan kapitalisme menjadikan laki-laki sebagai makhluk yang berkuasa atas segalanya, sehingga perempuan seringkali mengalami ketidakadilan. Penggunaan teori ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan manifestasi ketidakadilan bagi tenaga kerja kontrak perempuan dan peran tokoh terhadap ide-ide feminis dalam film Cart. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, ditemukan peran tokoh profeminis dan kontrafeminis. Peran tokoh profeminis dan kontrafeminis diidentifikasi untuk menjelaskan posisi tokoh berkaitan dengan dukungan atau perlawanan terhadap ide-ide feminis. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini akan menjelaskan manifestasi ketidakadilan yang dialami oleh tokoh-tokoh perempuan. Bentuk-bentuk ketidakadilan terhadap tokoh-tokoh perempuan, terbagi menjadi diskriminasi tenaga kerja kontrak dan kekerasan terhadap perempuan. Adapun analisis ide-ide feminis dalam film Cart dapat menunjukan sebuah bentuk usaha dan perjuangan melawan ketidakadilan. Ide-ide feminis yang terlihat dari tokoh-tokoh profeminis film Cart, yaitu upaya perlawanan tokoh profeminis terhadap pemutusan hubungan kerja sepihak dan aksi profeminis melawan dominasi kapitalis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa film Cart merupakan sebuah film yang dikemas untuk menyampaikan isu sosial mengenai kehidupan dan perjuangan tenaga kerja kontrak khususnya tenaga kerja kontrak perempuan yang memikul peran ganda.

Movie Cart by Boo Ji-Young is a film based on true story in South Korea. The film clearly illustrates about the struggle of women labor contract against injustice. Movie Cart also shows the life side of a woman who fought and bearing dual role,that of housewives and workers of the company. The depiction of the famale figure in the film aims to show that women are not always labeled as weak and easily oppressed. This research will be analyzed using the theory of socialist feminism. The Socialist Feminism theory is a theory that assumes that basic injustice about women caused by the incorporation of the theory of patriarchy and capitalism. Patriarchal system and capitalism make man as a being who rules over everything, so that women often experience the injustice. The use of this theory aims to express the manifestations of injustice for the labor contract and the role of famale characters against the feminist ideas in the movie Cart. Through the analysis conducted, found the role of a character pro-feminism and contra-feminism. The role of the character pro-feminism and contra-feminism identified to explain the position of the figures relating to the support or resistance to feminist ideas. Furthermore, this research will describe the manifestation of injustice experienced by famale figures. These forms of injustice against women figures, is divided into contract labor discrimination and violence against women. As for the analysis of feminist ideas in the movie Cart may indicate a form of effort and struggle against injustice. Feminist ideas that look from pro-feminism figures of the movie Cart, that is the resistance efforts of notable pro-feminism against unilateral termination of employment relationships and the action of pro-feminism against capitalist domination. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the movie Cart is a film that is packaged to deliver social isssues regarding the life and struggles of the labor contract in particular women who assume multiple roles.
