ANALISIS PROSES INOVASI PT INDUSTRI TELEKOMUNIKASI INDONESIA

Pengelolaan inovasi dalam perspektif proses memungkinkan identifikasi dan pengelolaan aktivitas-aktivitas yang dapat mendorong keberhasilan inovasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis inovasi dalam segi kematangan proses bisnis. Pengkajian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan objek PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik survei, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis proses inovasi menggunakan kerangka Innovation Value Chain digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aktivitas dalam proses bisnis inovasi. Selanjutnya, Process Enterprise Maturity Model digunakan untuk menganalisis kematangan proses dan perusahaan terkait dengan inovasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematangan proses inovasi berada pada level P-0 dan kematangan perusahaan berada pada tingkat E-0. Lebih lanjut, beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi perusahaan terkait dengan proses inovasi telah teridentifikasi.

Management of innovation viewed from process perspective side make us possible to identify and manage activities that can encourage innovation success. The purpose of this research was to analyze innovation in terms of business process maturity. The research was done to identify the challenges that might be faced in the innovation process. This study goes with approach from case study in PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The method used are survey, interview and documentation. Analysis of the process of innovation using tools from Innovation Value Chain framework that used to identify activity in the business process innovation. Furthermore, Process Enterprise Maturity Model is used to analyze process maturity and enterprise maturity associated with innovation. The results showed that the maturity of the innovation process was at the level of P-0 and the enterprise maturity was at the level of E-0. Furthermore, some of the challenges associated with the company's innovation process have been identified.
