Laporan tugas akhir ini berjudul Penilaian dan Penyusutan Dokumen Perusahaan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan penilaian dan penyusutan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Observasi partisipatif dilakukan dengan cara mengamati dan mengikuti kegiatan pelaksanaan program penilaian dan penyusutan dokumen perusahaan. Wawancara yang dilakukan dengan cara berdialog secara langsung dengan pihak yang terlibat langsung dalam proses peniaian dan penyusutan dokumen perusahaan. Metode terakhir yaitu metode studi pustaka dengan cara melakukan penelusuran terhadap literature, peraturan, laman web dan video yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan penilaian dan penyusutan dokumen perusahaan. Penilaian terhadap dokumen perusahaan yaitu dilakukan dengan cara penilaian dengan nilai guna dan berdasarkan jadwal retensi. Penyusutan dokumen perusahaan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) belum berjalan sepenuhnya. Pemindahan arsip dilaksanakna secara berkala dari setiap user ke records centre dengan disertai daftar arsip dan akan diterbitkan berita acara setelah selesai dialsanakannya verifikasi antara daftar arsip dengan fisik arsip. Untuk pemusnahan dokumen perusahaan belum dilaksanakan mengingat SOP pemusnahan masih dalam proses pembahasan dan belum selesainya legalisasi jadwal retensi. Penyerahan dilaksanakan untuk menyerahkan arsip yang memiliki nilai guna sekunder ke lembaga kearsipan yang disertai berita acara dan daftar arsip.
