EVALUASI KINERJA DIVISI LOGISTIK PT XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE SCOR

Sebagai perusahaan multinasional yang memproduksi barang konsumen yang bergerak cepat, PT XYZ memiliki wilayah cakupan bisnis yang luas. Kondisi ini mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mengontrol kinerja rantai pasoknya dengan mengurangi lead time dan meningkatkan cost saving. Perusahaan menyadari bahwa perbaikan kinerja logistik harus terus ditingkatkan agar tercapai peningkatan pelayanan terhadap permintaan konsumen secara tepat waktu. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penilaian kinerja divisi logistik PT XYZ yang terjadi pada periode FY1314 dan FY1415. Analisa dilakukan dengan metode fishbone untuk mencari penyebab tingginya lead time dan cost saving perusahaan. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja divisi logistik menggunakan SCOR model meliputi plan, source, make, deliver dan return yang dilakukan di setiap level rantai pasok. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penyebab utama tingginya lead time dan rendahnya cost saving adalah rendahnya kinerja unsur proses deliver.

As a multinational company that produce Fast Moving Consumer Goods, PT XYZ has business area that spread over the world. This condition encourage the company to control its supply chain performance by doing lead time reduction and increasing its cost saving. The company recognizes logistics performance improvement should be improved in order to increase the services of the customer demand timely. This study focused on performance evaluation of logistics division of PT XYZ that occurred in the period FY1314 and FY1415. Analysis condutcted by using fishbone method to seek the cause of long lead time and the cost saving. The stages through this study by doing the measurement of logistics division performance using SCOR model, the element process that analyzed are plan, source, make, deliver and return which measured in every level of supply chain. The result shows the process element deliver cause the long lead time and low of cost saving.
