IMPLEMENTASI PERATURAN MENTERI KESEHATAN NO. 35/2014 TENTANG STANDAR PELAYANAN KEFARMASIAN DI APOTEK KABUPATEN KENDAL

Penyelenggaraan pelayanan kefarmasian telah diatur dalam Permenkes No. 35/2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Peraturan tersebut menjadi pedoman dan wajib dilakukan oleh apoteker dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasiannya di apotek. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi Permenkes No. 35/2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Kabupaten Kendal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara sebanyak 58 apoteker pengelola apotek (APA) yang berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner. Desain penelitian potong lintang (Cross Sectional) dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penilaian dan kuesioner tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek berdasarkan dari Kepmenkes No. 1027/ Menkes / SK / IX/2004 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotekyang terdiri dari 4 standar yaitu standar 1 tentang pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai, standar 2 tentang pelayanan farmasi klinik, standar 3 tentang sumber daya kefarmasian (sarana dan prasarana), standar 4 tentang evaluasi mutu pelayanan kefarmasian. Hasil kategori baik apabila persentase total skor (81-100%), kategori cukup (61-80%) dan kategori kurang (20-60%). Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Permenkes No. 35/2014 tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek Kabupaten Kendal masih kurang baik (35,45%), standar 1 (66%) dinyatakan cukup baik, standar 2 (78%) dinyatakan cukup baik, standar 3 (67%) dinyatakan cukup baik, standar 4 (29%) dinyatakan kurang baik. The implementation of pharmaceutical services has been set up in the Permenkes No. 35/2014 about the standard pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy. The rules become the guidelines and must be implemented by the pharmacy in theirpharmaceutical practices. The aim of the research is to know the description of implementation Permenkes No. 35/2014 about the standard pharmaceutical services of pharmacies in the district of Kendal. This research will be done with survey questionnaires and interviews with as many as 58 pharmacy managers who will participate in filling in the questionnaires. Research design were bars (Cross Sectional), with descriptive approach. The assessment and the questionnaire about the standard pharmaceutical services in pharmacy based from Kepmenkes No. 1027/ Minister / SK / IX/2004 about technical guidance on the implementation of the standard services pharmaceutical in pharmacy consists of 4 standards. These standards are 1) on the management of bicarbonate pharmaceutical, health care and medical materials low use standard, 2) about pharmaceutical services clinic standards, 3) about pharmaceutical resources (means and infrastructure), and 4)about quality evaluation of pharmaceutical services. Using the percentage of total score, the results will be concluded to be in the good category (81-100%), the satisfactory category (61-80%) and theunsatisfactory category(20-60%). The results of the overall research show that the implementation of Permenkes No. 35/2014 concerning the standardof pharmaceutical services of pharmacies in the Kendal Districtare still unsatisfactory (35,45%). Particularly, standard 1 (66%) showed satisfactory results, standard 2 (78%) showed satisfactory results, standard 3 (67%) showed satisfactory results, and standard 4 (29%) showed unsatisfactory results.
