Perkembangan teknologi di dunia yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya tenaga profesional dalam jumlah yang besar. Dengan demikian, dibuatnya tugas akhir yang berjudul rekondisi Suzuki Smash Road Race ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam hal memperbaiki motor Suzuki Smash Road Race. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini, melalui beberapa proses yaitu ETO ,penggantian, dan repair. Komponen�komponen sepeda motor yang diganti seperti klep, karburator, dan cover body. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan pengukuran antara lain piston, camshaft, bore cylinder. Literatur tahapan�tahapan proses pengukuran dan penggantian komponen diperoleh dari pengalaman saat praktik maupun dari manual book dari Suzuki. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir rekondisi Suzuki Smash Road Race yaitu, untuk memperbaiki komponen yang ada didalam kepala silinder. Sehinggan motor Suzuki Smash Road Race tersebut dapat berkerja secara optimal.

Technology development in the world are becoming more rapidly resulted and need for a great number of professionals. Thus , the end for the final project of duty titled Recondition Suzuki Smash Road Race is expected to help student to understand system Suzuki Smash Road Race . This final project, carry out through several processes such as ETO, replacement, and repair. Components of the motorcycle that is consid of substitution as the valve, carburator, and cover body . The component that needed measuring like piston, camshaft, bore cylinder. The literature for measuring process and replacement of a component obtained from experience while practices and from manual book written by Suzuki. The purpose of this project Recondition Suzuki Smsh Road Race, to improve existing components in the cylinder head . Suzuki Smash Road Race can be working in an optimum condition.
