Background: The quality of the health care system is largely determined by health professionals, where to improve cooperation among health personnel Interprofessional Education approach developed by the Faculty of Medicine in learning Community and Family Health Care with Interprofessional Education (CFHC-IPE). So that perception and readiness of students of the Faculty affect the successful implementation of this study. Objective: Knowing the relationship of perception and readiness of students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Gadjah Mada against CFHC-IPE curriculum implementation. Methods: Quantitative research approach with descriptive non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Samples were 38-IPE CFHC group containing 5 students from 3 courses using cluster sample. Measuring tool using a questionnaire IEPs and RIPLS that have been adopted and modified. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution for the level of perception and readiness IPE. Using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for normality. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman-Rank correlation. Whereas the comparative test using Kruskal-Wallis test. Results: Perceived CFHC-IPE mostly good with 67.9%. Readiness to CFHC-IPE mostly good as much as 67.4%. Kruskal Wallis test 95% confidence level showed no difference in perception (p = 0.433) and preparedness (p = 0.347) between students PSPD, PSIK, and PSGK. There is a relationship between the variables of perception and preparedness CFHC-IPE (p <0.001; r = 0.440). Conclusions: Perception and readiness of students CFHC-IPE academic stage of the Faculty mostly in either category. There were no differences in perception and readiness CFHC-IPE between academic student medical, nursing, and health nutrition. There is a relationship between the variables of perception and readiness.
