PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT DI TEMPAT PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN RUMAH SAKIT DKT DR. SOETARTO YOGYAKARTA

INTISARI Latar Belakang: Sering terjadi padamnya aliran listrik serta putusnya koneksi LAN/jaringan pada penerapan sistem informasi di Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta yang menyebabkan masalah tekhnis maupun non tekhnis yang mengakibatkan terhambatnya petugas pendaftaran rekam medis dalam melakukan pelayanan. Tujuan: Mengetahui penerapan sistem informasi rumah sakit untuk entry dan pencarian data pada pelayanan pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan, serta identifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam penerapan sistem informasi rumah sakit di bagian pendaftran rawat jalan Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil Penelitian: Penerapan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit di bagian pendaftaran belum optimal karena menu SIRS tidak terhubung antara komputer yang ada di poliklinik dan ruangan lainnya selain komputer yang ada di ruangan dokter karena komputer yang di ruangan dokter merupakan server dari komputer yang ada di tempat pendaftaran.. Pelaksanaan SDM dalam entry data dan pencarian data di TPRJ Rumah Sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta sudah maksimal. Sistem informasi yang ada di rumah sakit DKT Dr. Soetarto Yogyakarta menggunakan sistem informasi dari Linux Ubuntu dan SIM yang digunakan di komputer pendaftaran rawat jalan bernama sistem informasi rumah sakit TK.III.04.06.03 (DKT) Dr. Soetarto. untuk entry dan pencarian data pasien software masih mudah digunakan, tetapi software belum dapat menampilkan data kunjungan pasien yang terdahulu sebelum tahun 2009 serta membutuhkan revisi/update. Permasalahan dalam penerapan sistem informasi rumah sakit pada fasilitas yaitu sering terjadi padamnya aliran listrik, menu SIRS yang tidak terhubung antara komputer pendaftaran dengan komputer pelayanan lainnya, belum ada backup server SIRS Rumah Sakit serta putusnya koneksi LAN/jaringan sehingga proses pencarian data pasien sedikit terhambat sedangkan permasalahan pada sumber daya manusia yaitu belum adanya petugas khusus yang disediakan oleh pihak rumah sakit untuk selalu standby dan segera memperbaiki permasalahan tersebut apabila terjadi lagi, serta kurangnya tanggung jawab dan juga kesadaran petugas akan pentingnya koordinasi backup data untuk mencegah hilangnya data pasien pada server dalam upaya menjaga kesinambungan data medis pasien.
