Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif mulai dari pemindahan arsip, pemilahan, input data, mengklasifikasi, sortir, penomoran definitive, penyimpanan dalam ordner, pelabelan dan penemuan kembali. Selain itu, dibahas pula kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka, observasi dan partisipasi, dan wawncara. Ketiga metode ini bersifat saling melengkapi karena guna mengetahui keadaan sesungguhnya dilapangan, dan wawancara adalah sebuah usaha menggali informasi lebih mendalam tentang proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kesimpulan dari laporan tugas akhir ini bahwa proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta belum berjalan maksimal sesuai dengan buku pedoman Tata Naskah Dinas dan Kearsipan BPJS Kesehatan tahun 2014. Kondisi arsip inaktifnya masih tercampur antara arsip dan non arsip. Saat dipindahkan dari unit pencipta arsip ke ruang penyimpanan arsip dinamis inaktif kondisinya dalam tumpukan kardus. Arsip-arsip tersebut dipindahkan setiap dua tahun atau satu tahun sekali, tanpa disertai berita acara.
