Analisis identifikasi faktor-faktor kesuksesan implementasi ERP dalam implementasi strategi perusahaan

Perubahan keadaan dan lingkungan yang sangat cepat dalam persaingan bisnis mengharuskan perlunya penyebaran arus informasi yang cepat dan tepat pada berbagai tingkat manajemen sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan. Penerapan Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) di dalam perusahaan menawarkan kemudahan bagi perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan data proses bisnis secara real time, sehingga sangat membantu para manager dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan strategis secara efektif dan efisien. Penerapan ERP pada perusahaan tidaklah mudah, banyak cerita tentang kegagalan yang menghabiskan waktu dan biaya, tetapi juga banyak yang mengalami kesuksesan, Sebuah model uji kesuksesan implementasi sistem ERP Ifenedo yang telah melakukan pengujian di Finlandia, digimakan untuk mencari variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh pada 3 perusahaan di Indonesia yang telah berhasil melakukan implementasi sistem ERP. Tesis ini mencari kecocokan antara apa yang sudah dilakukan manejemen perusahaan atas keberhasilan implementasi sistem ERP di perusahaannya terhadap model kesuksesan Ifinedo, dan mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan implementasi sistem ERP guna mendukung startegi yang telah di rumuskan sebelumnya Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan pada 3 perusahaan di Indonesia, terdapat kesamaan variabel atau faktor keberhasilan implementasi ERP terhadap penelitian yang telah di lakukan Ifenedo (2006) di Finlandia dan Estonia. Dari hasil penelitaian ini menghasilkan 2 pengembangan variabel baru, mengenai Pemilihan metode golive dan keputusan customize sistem ERP Kata kunci: ERP, Enterprise Resource Planning, Faktor-faktor keberhasilan ERP, Proses bisnis, Strategi.

Changing in business environments that are very fast in business competition, because that company need for dissemination of information flows quickly and accurately at various levels of management as a basis for decision making to respond to change. Implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERF) in the company offer easy for companies to integrate their business process data in real time, so very helpful to managers in making strategic decisions effectively and efficiently. Implementation of ERP in the company is not easy, a lot of stories about the failure to spend time and money but also lot of experience success story. A test model of ERP system implementation success Ifenedo who has conducted testing in Finland used to find the variables that affect the 3 companies in Indonesia that have successfully implemented ERP system. This thesis will try to find a match between what has been done to the successful implementation of enterprise management ERP system the company toward success Ifinedo model and identify other factors that influence the success of ERP system implementation in Indonesia to support the strategy that has been previously formulated. From the research that has been carried out on 3 companies in Indonesia, there is a similarity variable or ERP implementation success factors of research that have been done Ifenedo (2006) in Finland and Estonia. From the results of this research find 2 the development of a new variable, the "selection of methods GoLive" and "decision customize the ERP system".
