The aim of the research is to examine the influence organization structure, information technology, and human resource management as independent variables on the perceive successful modernization of tax aministration at Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Questionnare used to collect the data of one hundred respondent. Respondent is officer at Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Quota sampling used in the research for three level of the job: account representative, penelaah keberatan, and Kepala Seksi Pengawasan dan Konsultasi. Using multiple regression analysis, the result found that the three of independent variables positively influence the successful of modernization of tax administration at Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
