Objective; The study was aimed to find out between specialist doctor behavior commitment and attitude toward lime duration working in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin and to find out basic specialist doctor's will to make their commitment on behavior and attitude become clear. Method : This was analytic study with cross sectional design. Qualitative method used to enrich data in order to explain eclectic phenomena that happen. In-Depth interview was obtained toward eight specialist doctors once. Observation was obtained toward time of work and document study. Results: The study showed correlation between attitude and behavior commitment toward long of time specialist doctor working in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan with p < 0.05. There is commitment that specialist doctors wanted in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin to actualize better performance of specialist doctor with certainty and assurance toward their performance. Conclusion: The better specialist doctor attitude and behavior commitment, the better long of time specialist doctor working in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. On the other hand, if altitude and behavior commitment of specialist doctor is bad, the worse performance of specialist doctor in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
