Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Mitra Darat Untuk Mendukung Implementasi Smart Mobility di Indonesia

Pemerintah merilis aplikasi Mitra Darat dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam bepergian menggunakan transportasi publik sekaligus meningkatkan jumlah pengguna transportasi publik. Oleh karena itu, keefektifan dan penerimaan aplikasi pun menjadi hal yang krusial dalam mendorong peningkatan minat menggunakan transportasi publik di Indonesia. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan aplikasi Mitra Darat dalam mendukung smart mobility di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi wilayah yang telah mengimplementasikan smart mobility di Indonesia, efektivitas aplikasi Mitra Darat, serta faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan teknologi smart mobility di Indonesia. 

Penelitian ini menggunakan hasil scraping ulasan pengguna aplikasi Mitra Darat untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan aplikasi Mitra Darat serta analisis diagram scatter plot dan box plot untuk mengeksplorasi variabel – variabel yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi oleh masyarakat. Peneliti juga menjelajahi aplikasi guna mengidentifikasi fitur serta wilayah yang telah memanfaatkan aplikasi Mitra Darat. Selain itu, analisis tren penggunaan serta studi literatur dilakukan untuk mendukung hasil pengolahan data.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep smart mobility telah diimplementasikan di 20 kabupaten/kota di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah perkotaan dengan kebutuhan transportasi tinggi dan infrastruktur TIK yang memadai, terutama di Pulau Jawa. Aplikasi Mitra Darat berperan signifikan dalam mendukung implementasi smart mobility dengan meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kemudahan akses pengguna, serta mendukung program pemerintah seperti Mudik Gratis, meskipun masih menghadapi kendala teknis pada periode tertentu. Analisis data menggunakan scatter plot dan box plot mengungkapkan bahwa variabel kalender operasional dan program/kebijakan pemerintah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan aplikasi, menunjukkan bahwa pola mobilitas masyarakat dan kebijakan pemerintah menjadi faktor kunci dalam adopsi smart mobility.

The government launched the Mitra Darat application with the goal of facilitating public transportation use and increasing the number of users. Therefore, the effectiveness and acceptance of the application are essential in promoting greater interest in using public transportation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the role of the Mitra Darat application in supporting smart mobility in Indonesia. Specifically, the study seeks to identify regions that have implemented smart mobility in Indonesia, assess the effectiveness of the Mitra Darat application, and examine the factors influencing the acceptance of smart mobility technology in the country.

This study uses the results of scraping user reviews of the Mitra Darat application to determine the utilization of the Mitra Darat application and analyzes scatter plots and box plots to explore the variables that influence the acceptance of the application by the community. The researcher also explored the application to identify features and regions that have utilized the Mitra Darat application. In addition, usage trends and literature studies were also conducted to support the data processing results.

The findings of this study indicate that the concept of smart mobility has been implemented in 20 regencies/cities in Indonesia, particularly in urban areas with high transportation demand and adequate ICT infrastructure, especially on the island of Java. The Mitra Darat app plays a significant role in promoting smart mobility by improving user comfort and accessibility, as well as supporting government programs such as the Free Return Home Program. However, the app still faces technical challenges during certain periods. Data analysis through scatter plots and box plots revealed that operational calendar variables and government programs/policies significantly influence app usage, suggesting that community mobility patterns and government policies are key determinants in the adoption of smart mobility.
