Analisis Pemeliharaan Arsip Dinamis Inaktif Penatausahaan Aset Di Direktorat Aset Universitas Gadjah Mada

Proyek akhir ini membahas terkait arsip penatausahaan aset karena arsip tersebut merupakan arsip vital bagi Direktorat Aset Universitas Gadjah Mada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis lebih mendalam bagaimana implementasi pemeliharaan arsip dinamis inaktif penatausahaan aset apakah sudah sesuai dengan standar kearsipan, serta mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor penghambat pemeliharaan arsip dinamis inaktif penatausahaan aset di Direktorat Aset Universitas Gadjah Mada. 

Proyek akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. 

Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan dari pemeliharaan arsip dinamis inaktif penatausahaan aset terdiri dari kegiatan pemindahan, penataan, dan penyimpanan. Pemeliharaan arsip dinamis inaktif penatausahaan aset belum berjalan optimal dikarenakan masih ditemukan permasalahan.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) pemindahan arsip dinamis inaktif dari unit kerja ke Records Center belum sesuai baik secara konsep atau secara aturan, sehingga termasuk kedalam arsip tidak teratur (2) adanya proses rekonstruksi yang berulang pada tahap penataan arsip dinamis inaktif penatausahaan aset (3) tempat penyimpanan arsip dinamis inaktif di Direktorat Aset belum memenuhi standar sebagai Records Center.

This final project addresses the archives of asset administration because these records are considered vital archives for the Directorate of Assets at Universitas Gadjah Mada. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of inactive record maintenance for asset administration, specifically to asset whether it complies with archival standards, and to identify and analyze the hindering factors in the maintenance of these records at the Directorate of Assets, Universitas Gadjah Mada.

The study employed a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, document studies, and literature review. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.

The research findings indicate that the inactive records maintenance activities for asset administration consist of transfer, arrangement, and storage. The maintenance of these records is not yet optimal due to persistent problems. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The transfer of inactive records from the work units to the Records Center does not comply with either conceptual or regulatory standards, resulting in disorganized records. (2) There is a recurring reconstruction process during the arrangement stage of inactive asset administration records. (3) The storage facility for the inactive records at the Directorate of Assets does not yet meet the established standards for a proper Records Center.
