This study aims to analyze the influence of perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure based on the four aspects of Carroll’s Pyramid—economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic—on the share investment intention of Gen Z in companies within the mining sector. The research used a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The sample consists of 113 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FEB UGM), representing Gen Z. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that the economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic aspects have a significant and positive effect on the intention to invest in shares.
