Penerapan Sistem Intranew dalam Pengelolaan Arsip Elektronik di Tim Kerja Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Sektor Industri Plastik dan Karet, Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip elektronik di Tim Kerja Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Sektor Industri Plastik dan Karet, Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia, melalui pemanfaatan sistem Intranew. Dalam konteks perkembangan teknologi informasi pada era Society 5.0, pengelolaan arsip elektronik menjadi kebutuhan utama yang diatur dalam Peraturan ANRI Nomor 6 Tahun 2021 tentang Pengelolaan Arsip Elektronik. Oleh katena itu, Intranew dikembangkan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indoensia sebagai sistem informasi internal yang mendukung distribusi informasi, kolaborasi, dan upaya menuju paperless office.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan melalui proses reduksi data, penyajian data secara naratif, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara induktif, guna memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai implementasi sistem pengelolaan arsip elektronik melalui sistem Intranew.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intranew telah dimanfaatkan dalam proses penciptaan, penyimpanan, distribusi, dan pemanfaatan arsip elektronik secara aktif di lingkungan tim kerja. Namun, dalam praktiknya, pengelolaan arsip masih menghadapi kendala seperti belum adanya klasifikasi arsip yang sistematis, keterbatasan fungsi dalam penyusutan, serta belum terintegrasinya Intranew dengan sistem nasional seperti SRIKANDI yang juga membatasi pengiriman arsip ke instansi lain. Di samping itu, sistem Intranew telah terintegrasi dengan sistem SIINAS yang memfasilitasi proses bisnis dengan pelaku industri. Pengembangan sistem Intranew harus diarahkan pada peningkatan fungsi kearsipan, penguatan sistem keamanan dan backup data, serta penyusunan pedoman resmi dan program pelatihan agar pengelolaan arsip elektronik dapat berjalan optimal, dan berkelanjutan.

This research aims to analyze the management of electronic records in the Working Team for the Development and Development of the Plastics and Rubber Industry Sector, Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, through the use of the Intranew system. In the context of the development of information technology in the era of Society 5.0, electronic archive management is the main requirement regulated in ANRI Regulation Number 6 of 2021 concerning Electronic Archive Management. Therefore, Intranew was developed by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia as an internal information system that supports information distribution, collaboration, and efforts towards a paperless office.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data were obtained through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis was carried out through a process of data reduction, presentation of data in a narrative manner, and inductive inference, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the implementation of the electronic records management system through the Intranew system.

The results showed that Intranew has been utilized in the process of creating, storing, distributing, and actively utilizing electronic archives within the work team. However, in practice, archive management still faces obstacles such as the absence of systematic archive classification, limited functions in shrinkage, and the lack of integration of Intranew with national systems such as SRIKANDI which also limits the sending of archives to other agencies. In addition, the Intranew system has been integrated with the SIINAS system which facilitates business processes with industry players. The development of the Intranew system should be directed at improving archival functions, strengthening security systems and data backup, as well as preparing official guidelines and training programs so that electronic archive management can run optimally and sustainably.
