Pandangan Dunia Pengarang dalam Novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah Karya Tere Liye: Analisis Strukturalisme Genetik

Penelitian ini mengkaji novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah karya Tere Liye sebagai objek material dan teori strukturalisme genetik sebagai objek formalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur novel dan struktur sosial serta pandangan dunia pengarang dan kondisi sosial yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah karya Tere Liye. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dialektik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat homologi antara struktur novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah dengan struktur sosialnya. Homologi antara struktur novel dan struktur sosial menunjukkan bahwa pandangan dunia Tere Liye adalah cerminan dari kesadaran sosial kolektif masyarakat yang diwakilinya. Pengarang memiliki pandangan dunia humanisme, eksistensialisme, idealisme, dan romantisme. Pandangan dunia pengarang terlihat dari tokoh hero problematik yang berhasil menemukan nilai-nilai otentik dalam dunianya yang terdegradasi. Nilai-nilai otentik ini dapat diketahui melalui relasi antara tokoh hero problematik dengan tokoh-tokoh lainnya  dan dengan objek-objek di sekitarnya. Pandangan dunia pengarang dipengaruhi oleh kondisi dan kelompok sosial yang melatarbelakangi terciptanya novel, yaitu latar belakang keluarga Tere Liye membawa pengalaman hidupnya ke dalam karyanya, menciptakan gambaran yang realistis tentang perjuangan masyarakat kelas bawah. 

This study was aimed to analyze the novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah by Tere Liye as material objects and the theory of genetic structuralism as formal objects. This research aims to analyze the structure of the novel and the social structure as well as the author's worldview and the social conditions behind the creation of the novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah by Tere Liye. The method used in this study is the dialectical method, while the techniques used in data collection are reading techniques, recording techniques, and library techniques. The results of the study show that there is a homology between the structure of the novel Kau, Aku, dan Sepucuk Angpau Merah and its social structure. The homology between the novel structure and the social structure suggests that Tere Liye's worldview is a reflection of the collective social consciousness of the society it represents. The author has a worldview of humanism, exsistensialism, idealism, and romanticism. The author's worldview can be seen from the problematic hero character who manages to find authentic values in his degraded world. These authentic values can be known through the relationship between problematic heroes and other characters and with objects around them. The author's worldview is influenced by the conditions and social groups behind the creation of the novel, namely the background of the Tere Liye's family who live a simple life in Lahat, South Sumatra. Tere Liye brings his life experiences into his work, creating a realistic picture of the struggles of the lower classes.
