PROSES PEMBERDAYAAN SANTRI (STUDI DI BALAI LATIHAN KERJA KOMUNITAS PONDOK PESANTREN AL-HIKMAH JEMBER)

Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 menyebutkan pesantren sebagi pusat pemberdayaan masayarakat. upaya pemberdayaan santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Jember dilakukan melalui BLK Komunitas untuk memberikan kompetensi teknis melalui pelatihan berbasis komptensi teknik fotografi. Hal ini merupakan upaya mempertahankan eksistensi pondok pesantren untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman agar para santri mempunyai keterampilan life skill yang berguna untuk mencapai kesejahteraan hidup. Proses pemberdayaan santri melalui BLK Komunitas di pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah terdiri dari tiga fase yakni enabling, empowering dan protecting. Dalam tahap enabling yakni pemberian akses kepada santri, fasilitas kepada santri, penciptaan iklim kepada santri. Tahap empowering yakni penguasaan teknis, inovasi dan kreatifitas. Dalam penilitian ini proses pemberdayaan memberikan dampak dari segi ekonomi dan sosial yang dilihat dari sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan, dari 16 peserta, 5 diantaranya mendapatkan dampak ekonomi dan sosial berupa pendapatan, kepercayaan diri dan jaringan sosial.
Law Number 18 of 2019 states that Islamic boarding schools are centers for community empowerment. Efforts to empower students at the Al-Hikmah Jember Islamic Boarding School are carried out through Community BLK to provide technical competence through competency-based training in photography techniques. This is an effort to maintain the existence of Islamic boarding schools to keep up with current developments so that students have skills life skill which is useful for achieving a prosperous life. The process of empowering students through Community BLK at the Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School consists of three phases, namely enabling, empowering And protecting. In level enabling namely providing access to students, facilities for students, creating a climate for students. Stage empowering namely technical mastery, innovation and creativity. In this research, the empowerment process had an economic and social impact as seen from before and after participating in the training. Of the 16 participants, 5 of them experienced economic and social impacts in the form of income, self-confidence and social networks.
