PERANCANGAN MODEL BISNIS AGENSI PEMASARAN DIGITAL JMB (JANGKAU MIMPI BERSAMA)

With the advancement of technology, the internet has become an integral and inseparable part of daily life due to the numerous benefits it offers. Indonesian society uses the internet for various purposes, one of which is for online purchasing of goods and services. In line with this, the transaction value in e-commerce has experienced rapid growth, from 106 trillion rupiah in 2018 to nearly 480 trillion rupiah in 2022. This growth is closely linked to the vital role that Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play in the national economy. However, these SMEs face several challenges in marketing their products online, such as limited innovation, difficulties in product marketing, and the presence of imported goods in the local market. These challenges served as the foundation for the idea to establish a digital marketing agency dedicated to providing one-stop solutions for SMEs.
This study aims to analyze the value proposition offered by the JMB Digital Marketing Agency, design an appropriate business model, and calculate the business feasibility projections for the agency. The study employs interview analysis conducted with SME owners and owners of similar businesses. The interviewees were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on pre-determined criteria. Data collected from SME owners were used to develop an empathy map. This empathy map was then analyzed in conjunction with the interview results from similar business owners as input for developing the business model, supported by quantitative financial feasibility analysis, including NPV, IRR, and PP calculations.
