Analisis Aspek Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Produksi di PT Scandinavian Tobacco Group plant Pasuruan

Penilaian kinerja (performance appraisal) pada karyawan divisi produksi di PT Scandinavian Tobacco Group plant Pasuruan didominasi oleh kategori cukup sebesar 45?ri total jumlah karyawan produksi. Diperlukan analisis pada aspek kompetensi yang terdiri dari kemampuan, nilai, sikap, dan minat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis tingkat persentase skor aspek kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan; pengaruh aspek kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan; serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang masih rendah. Metode yang digunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 210 karyawan yang diambil secara purposive sampling kepada karyawan wanita dengan masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Dilakukan perhitungan rata-rata persentase skor pada tiap aspek kompetensi, analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh aspek kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan analisis kualitatif  untuk merumuskan perbaikan kinerja.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat persentase skor aspek kompetensi kemampuan sebesar 84,9%, sikap sebesar 82,7%, dan minat sebesar 85,6?ngan kriteria yang didapatkan sangat baik, sedangkan aspek kompetensi nilai sebesar 79,5?ngan kriteria yang didapatkan baik. Selain itu, hasil uji t didapatkan t tabel sebesar 1,971, aspek aspek kompetensi kemampuan memiliki t hitung 2,0, sikap memiliki t hitung 5,1, dan minat memiliki t hitung 5,5, didapatkan t hitung > t tabel, maka aspek kemampuan, sikap, dan minat secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan aspek nilai memiliki t hitung < t> F-tabel, maka secara simultan kemampuan, nilai, sikap, dan minat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kontribusi aspek kemampuan, nilai, sikap, dan minat terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,2%, sedangkan 45,8% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini. Rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap kinerja yang diperoleh antara lain latihan dasar kepemimpinan (LDK), monitoring, mentoring, dan memotivasi dalam mengikuti pelatihan kerja

Performance appraisal on production division employees at PT Scandinavian Tobacco Group plant Pasuruan is dominated by the sufficient category, amounting to 45% of the total number of production employees. Analysis is needed on competency aspects consisting of abilities, values, attitudes, and interests towards employee performance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the percentage level of competency aspect scores on employee performance; the influence of competency aspects on employee performance; and formulate recommendations for improvements to employee performance that is still low. The method used is descriptive quantitative analysis method with 210 samples employees obtained by purposive sampling to female employees with more than 1 year of experience. Calculation of the average percentage score on each aspect of competence, multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of competency aspects on employee performance, and qualitative analysis to formulate performance improvements. The results of this research indicate that the percentage score level of the ability competency aspect is 84.9%, attitude is 82.7%, and interest is 85.6% with the criteria obtained very well, while the value competency aspect is 79.5% with the criteria obtained well. In addition, the t test results obtained t table of 1.971, the competency aspect of the ability has a t count of 2.0, the attitude has a t count of 5.1, and the interest has a t count of 5.5, obtained t count > t table, then the aspects of ability, attitude, and interest partially have a significant effect on employee performance, while the value aspect has a t count < t table, namely t count of -1.2, so partially it does not have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained F-table of 2.4 and F count of 60.7, obtained the value of F count > F-table, then simultaneously ability, value, attitude, and interest have a significant effect on employee performance. The contribution of aspects of ability, value, attitude, and interest to employee performance is 54.2%, while the other 45.8% is influenced by other factors not included in this research. Recommendations for improving performance include basic leadership training (LDK), monitoring, mentoring, and motivating to attend job training.
