Evaluasi Perkerasan Jalan Menggunakan Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 Dan Pelaksanaan Konstruksi Proyek Rekonstruksi Ruas Pejagan-Prupuk STA 107+880 - STA 109+880

Jalan adalah bagian dari infrastruktur transportasi yang digunakan untuk perpindahan orang dan barang. Kondisi jalan yang baik akan membantu mobilitas barang dengan mudah dan efisien sehingga perekonomian tetap stabil. Jalan Ruas Pejagan-Prupuk adalah jalan penghubung Jalan Pantura dan Jalan JJLS Jawa dengan status jalan nasional dan berfungi sebagai jalan arteri. Kepadatan sering terjadi di ruas tersebut di musim mudik seperti libur hari raya lebaran dan libur natal dan tahun baru sehingga menyebabkan subgrade cepat rusak sehingga perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi jalan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 untuk mendesain perkerasan rekonstruksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah desain perkerasan sesuai MDPJ 2024, mengevaluasi perkerasan eksisting direkonstruksi, dan merencanakan konstruksi sesuai dengan Spesefikasi Umum 2018 Untuk Pekerjaan Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan (Revisi 2).

Hasil analisis ketiga nilai CESA5 menggunakan MDPJ 2024 masuk kategori F(1)8, F(1)9, dan F(1)10 Bagan Desain -3(1) Desain perkerasan lentur dengan 150 mm CTB (aspal pen 60/70 dan PG 70.Berdaarkan evaluasi desain menggunakan MDPJ 2024 diperoleh tebal AC-WC 50 mm, AC-BC 80 mm, AC Base 100 mm, CTB 150 mm, Lapis Fondasi Agregat kelas B 150 mm, Timbunan Pilihan Berbutir Kasar atau LFA Kelas C Atau Stabilisasi Semen 200 mm, dan Perbaikan tanah dengan material timbunan pilihan (CBR ? 10%) 200 mm. Terdapat juga perbedaan proses konstruksi di lapangan dengan rencana kerja berdasarkan Spesifikasi Umum 2018 yaitu pekerjaan perkerasan berbutir dan pekerjaan perkerasan aspal karena memiliki struktur perkerasan yang berbeda.

Roads are part of the transport infrastructure used for the movement of people and goods. Good road conditions will help the mobility of goods easily and efficiently so that the economy remains stable. Pejagan-Prupuk Road is a connecting road between Pantura Road and JJLS Java Road with national road status and functions as an arterial road. Density often occurs in the section in the homecoming season such as the Eid holiday and Christmas and New Year holidays, causing the subgrade to deteriorate quickly so that road reconstruction is needed. This research uses the Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan 2024 method to design the reconstruction pavement. The results of this study are pavement design according to MDPJ 2024, evaluating the reconstructed existing pavement, and planning construction in accordance with the Spesefikasi Umum 2018 Untuk Pekerjaan Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan (Revisi 2). The results of the analysis of the three CESA5 values using MDPJ 2024 fall into the categories of F(1)8, F(1)9, and F(1)10 Design Chart -3(1) Flexural pavement design with 150 mm CTB (asphalt pen 60/70 and PG 70). Based on the design evaluation using MDPJ 2024, the AC-WC 50 mm, AC-BC 80 mm, AC Base 100 mm, CTB 150 mm, Class B Aggregate Foundation Layer 150 mm, Coarse Grained Optional Backfill or Class C LFA or Cement Stabilisation 200 mm, and Soil Improvement with selected backfill material (CBR ? 10%) 200 mm were obtained. There are also differences in the construction process in the field with the work plan based on Spesifikasi Umum 2018, namely graded pavement work and asphalt pavement work because they have different pavement structures.
