Fenomena Fake Buyer dalam Pengembangan Bisnis Online TikTok Shop Perspektif Etika Bisnis Sonny Keraf

This research entitled, “Fenomena Fake Buyer dalam Pengembangan Bisnis Online TikTok Shop Perspektif Etika Bisnis Sonny Keraf” aims to analyse the Fake Buyer Scheme in the development of e-commerce businesses in Indonesia. The Fake Buyer Phenomenom is studied with a focus on the behaviour of sellers as individuals who use Fake Buyer services; Focus on the behaviour of Fake Buyer services as a team, group, syndicate, to increase popularity and increase sales of online store products; and Focus on the public as consumers who are deceived.
This research is a qualitative study using a philosophical research model on actual problems. The philosophical research model on actual problems is a philosophical reflection on one of the actual situations that is a controversial issue. The methodical elements used in this research are descriptive - interpretative, historical continuity, comparison, and heuristics.
The results are to the fact that structured fraud exists. Aspects that are deceived by Fake Buyer, e-commerce algorithm fraud, review fraud system fraud in buying and selling regulations, fake review practices, and market manipulation. Based on the results of the ethical analysis, we find the Fake Buyer Scheme as a concept, namely the concept of lying and deception which is contrary to the principles and values of honesty. The Fake Buyer as an action, namely the practice of market manipulation, the practice of giving fake reviews, and efforts to circumvent the system, contradicts the principle of autonomy and the principle of moral integrity, and the Fake Buyer Scheme as a result, namely creating a market system with psychology buying games that lead to the FOMO phenomenon, contradicts the principle of justice, and the principle of mutual benefit.
