RANCANGAN MODEL BISNIS SEMAR FARM HIDROPONIK BERBASIS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Semar Farm adalah budi daya hidroponik berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Namun, masih perlu dilakukan kajian lebih lanjut mengenai model bisnis yang tepat sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan bisnis ini di masa depan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan, yaitu untuk menganalisis peta empati calon konsumen, merancang model bisnis, serta menganalisis kelayakan model bisnis Semar Farm.
Semar Farm is a community empowerment-based hydroponic farm. However, it is still necessary to conduct further studies on the right business model as a guide in running this business in the future. Therefore, this research has three objectives, namely to analyze the empathy map of potential customers, design a business model, and analyze the feasibility of Semar Farm's business model.
This research started in December 2022 and ended in September 2023. This research uses qualitative methods supported by quantitative methods. The data source used, namely primary data obtained from survey results and interviews. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to people who consume organic vegetables. Then, the results were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to explain the empathy map of potential customers. Empathy map analysis can strengthen the value proposition blocks, channels, and customer relationships in the Semar Farm business model. In addition to the survey, interviews were also conducted with two sources, namely company resource persons and individual resource persons. The company interviewees consisted of founders of companies engaged in hydroponic farming, while the individual interviewees were people who had bought organic vegetables before. The results of the interviews were analyzed using content analysis. Then, the results of the analysis were interpreted into nine blocks of the business model canvas. The quantitative method in this research is also used to test the business feasibility of Semar Farm by calculating the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and payback period (PP).
From the research results, the profile and needs of potential customers were obtained as well as the design of a suitable business model for Semar Farm. The value propositions offered include providing a variety of organic vegetables, good quality organic vegetable products, ease of ordering organic vegetable products, and delivery services. Based on the economic feasibility analysis conducted, the NPV value obtained reached Rp327,760,586.00. Then, the IRR value obtained is 422% and the PP value is 0.31. Therefore, it can be concluded that Semar Farm's business model is feasible to implement.
