STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA SOSIAL PT. INAMAS SINTESIS TEKNOLOGI DALAM MENDISEMINASIKAN INOVASI PERTANIAN

PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi (Inastek) memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi untuk
mengenalkan produk yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan kepada masyarakat melalui media
sosial. Dalam upaya memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media sosial perusahaan, perlu
adanya berbagai strategi pengembangan media sosial suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengidentifikasi kekuatan (strength), kelemahan
(weakness), peluang (opportunities), dan ancaman (threats) pada media sosial PT Inamas
Sintesis Teknologi; (2) Mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan media sosial PT Inamas
Sintesis Teknologi dengan analisis SWOT; (3) Mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan
media sosial yang dipilih/disiapkan untuk PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi dalam
mendiseminasikan inovasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah
deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan matriks SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil yang
diperoleh, PT Inastek memanfaatkan media sosial untuk kegiatan edukasi dan branding.
Dari hasil SWOT, dapat diketahui beberapa strategi pengembangan PT Inastek dalam
mendiseminasikan inovasi pertanian. Strategi tersebut diantaranya menggunakan media
sosial sebagai platform diseminasi dengan menyajikan konten yang sedang banyak
diminati, menekankan identitas perusahaan berupa visual maupun copywriting pada
pengelolaan media sosial sebagai langkah untuk keberlanjutan media sosial perusahaan
termasuk untuk mendiseminasikan inovasi pertanian.
PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi (Inastek) utilizes technological innovations to introduce its products to the public through social media. In order to maximize the use of a company's social media, various social media development strategies are needed. This study aims to determine: (1) Identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats on PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi's social media; (2) Identify the social media development strategies of PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi with SWOT analysis; (3) Identify the social media development strategies that are selected/prepared for PT Inamas Sintesis Teknologi in disseminating agricultural innovations. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with a SWOT matrix. Based on the results obtained, PT Inastek uses social media for educational and branding activities. From the SWOT results, it can be seen that some of PT Inastek's development strategies in disseminating agricultural innovations include using social media as a dissemination platform by presenting content that is currently in high demand, emphasizing the company's identity in the form of visuals or copywriting in social media management as a step for the sustainability of the company's social media, including for disseminating agricultural innovations.
