Model Resiliensi Korban Bullying di Sekolah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model teoritis yang menyatakan peran relasi orang tua dan iklim sekolah terhadap resiliensi korban bullying di sekolah melalui keyakinan diri dan harga diri sesuai dengan data empiris. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan partisipan penelitian adalah siswa SMA/SMK negeri maupun swasta di kota Semarang yang pernah menjadi korban bullying. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur skala dan terdiri dari lima skala yang meliputi resiliensi korban bullying di sekolah, relasi orang tua-anak, iklim sekolah, keyakinan diri dan harga diri. Hasil analisis data menggunakan SEM. Hasil uji model setelah melakukan proses modifikasi menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dapat diterima yaitu model teoretis yang menyatakan peran relasi orang tua - anak dan iklim sekolah terhadap resiliensi korban bullying di sekolah melalui keyakinan diri dan harga diri sesuai dengan data empiris.

This study aims to test the theoretical model which states the role of parent-child relationship and school climate toward resilience of bullying victims in school through self-efficacy and self-esteem according to empirical data. The method used in this study is  quantitative. The research participants being both public and private high schools in Semarang who had been victims of bullying. Data collection in this study used scale measuring instruments consisting of five scales: resilience of bullying victims at school, parent-child relationship, school climate, self-efficacy and self-esteem. Data analysis using SEM. After carrying out the modification process, the results of the model test show that the hypothesis can be accepted, a theoretical model which states the role of parent-child relationship and school climate toward resilience of bullying victims in school through self-efficacy and self-esteem in accordance with empirical data.
