Perancangan Model Bisnis Aplikasi Web Penjualan dan Pembelian Buku Bekas "Rebuku"

Dengan munculnya e-book tidak menurunkan antusias masyarakat Indonesia membaca buku fisik. Meskipun perkembangan media-media baru semakin meningkat, tetapi minat baca seseorang terhadap buku fisik tidak menurun, hal tersebut dikarenakan buku merupakan media pembelajaran dan sumber informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan data dari Google Trend, peningkatan minat baca masyarakat Indonesia mulai meningkat sebanyak 66,23 persen di tahun 2023. Munculnya internet menjadi jalan untuk berbagai sektor dalam memperluas informasi yang diperlukan. Hadirnya teknologi dan internet membantu proses pemasaran dan transaksi barang atau jasa lebih mudah, praktis dan efektif. Bantuan teknologi digital digunakan untuk menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas dengan transaksi yang aman diakses dimanapun dan kapanpun.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan kepuasan kepada pengguna terhadap fitur yang dikembangkan dalam bentuk aplikasi web yang mempermudah pencarian buku bekas hingga terjadi kesepakatan transaksi antara penjual dan pembeli. Dengan keunggulan yang ditawarkan oleh aplikasi Rebuku diharapkan menjadi salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang ada seperti menumpuknya buku dan mengurangi penyimpanan yang berlebihan. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah observasi kepada 4 pelaku usaha serupa, wawancara kepada 4 pembeli dan 5 penjual buku bekas serta survei kepada 37 responden dengan kriteria tertentu. Hasil dari metode penelitian dirangkum untuk menghasilkan peta empati dan lean canvas sebagai model perencanaan yang membantu pengembangan aplikasi Rebuku.

Berdasarkan hasil proyeksi kelayakan investasi diperoleh Net Present Value sebesar Rp 206.855.945,75, nilai Internal Rate Of Return sebesar 77?n Payback Period selama 1 tahun 4 bulan pada scenario normal. Dalam skenario optimis diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp 316.406.950,29, nilai IRR sebesar 98?n PP selama 1 tahun 2 bulan. Sedangkan, skenario pesimis diperoleh NPV sebesar Rp 50.629.503,46, nilai IRR sebesar 35?n PP selama 3 tahun. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini dari ketiga skenario yang dihasilkan, Net Present Value, Payback Period dan Internal Rate of Return menunjukkan hasil positif dalam proyeksi kelayakan investasi maka Aplikasi web Rebuku layak dijalankan. 

The advent of e-books has not reduced the enthusiasm of Indonesians for reading physical books. Even though the development of new media is increasing, a person's reading interest in physical books does not decrease because books are learning media and sources of information needed by the community. Based on data from Google Trend, the interest in reading in Indonesian society will start to increase by 66.23 percent in 2023. The emergence of the internet is a way for various sectors to broaden the information they need. The presence of technology and the internet helps the marketing and transaction of goods or services become more manageable, practical, and effective. Digital technology assistance is used to reach a broader market with transactions that can be safely accessed anywhere and anytime.

This research aims to provide user satisfaction with the features developed in the form of a web application that makes it easier to find used books until a transaction agreement is reached between the seller and the buyer. With the advantages offered by the Rebuku application, it is hoped that it will be one of the solutions to existing problems, such as stacking books and reducing excessive storage. The research method in this study was an observation of 4 similar business actors, interviewing four buyers and five used booksellers and surveying 37 respondents with specific criteria. The results of the research method are summarized to produce an empathy map and lean canvas as a planning model that helps develop the Rebuku application.

Based on the projected investment feasibility results, the Net Present Value is Rp. 206,855,945.75, the Internal Rate Of Return is 77%, and the Payback Period is one year and four months in the normal scenario. In the optimistic scenario, an NPV of IDR 316,406,950.29 is obtained, an IRR value of 98%, and PP for one year and two months. Meanwhile, the pessimistic scenario received an NPV of IDR 50,629,503.46, an IRR value of 35%, and PP for three years. The conclusion in this study of the three resulting scenarios, the Net Present Value, Payback Period, and Internal Rate of Return show positive results in projecting investment feasibility; the Rebuku web application is feasible to run.
