ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENDAFTARAN ONLINE JSS (JOGJA SMART SERVICE) MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS DI RS PRATAMA YOGYAKARTA

Latar Belakang:
Sistem pendaftaran online
menggunakan JSS di RS Pratama sudah lebih dari satu tahun diterapkan. Adapun
hasil studi pendahuluan yaitu masih terdapat keluhan dari pengguna sistem ini.
Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di RS Pratama Kota
Yogyakarta maka perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengukur kinerja, efektivitas
sistem, serta memperbaiki sistem yang kurang optimal.
Metode: Jenis
penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dengan Rumus
Slovin sebanyak 94 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling.
Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan
analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variable independent dalam EUCS memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem pendaftaran online JSS. Hasil analisis multivariat diperoleh hasil bahwa faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna adalah factor akurasi. Oleh karena itu, faktor akurasi penting untuk ditingkatkan.
Background: The online registration system using JSS at
Pratama Hospital has been implemented for more than a year. As for the results
of the preliminary study, there are still complaints from users of this system.
In order to improve the quality of health services at the Pratama Hospital in
the City of Yogyakarta, it is necessary to carry out an analysis to measure
performance, system effectiveness, and improve systems that are less than
optimal.
Objective: Analyzing
the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) online registration system at the Yogyakarta City
Pratama Hospital using the EUCS method.
Method: The
type of research that has been carried out is quantitative. The number of
samples with the Slovin Formula was 94 people. Accidental sampling technique.
The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using
univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis.
Results: The
results of the c-square statistical test showed that there was a significant
relationship between content (p=0.00), accuracy (p=0.00), format (p=0.00), ease
of use (p=0.00), accuracy (p=0.00) with user satisfaction. The results of the
logistic regression test show that the accuracy variable is the most closely
related related to user satisfaction with the highest POR (Prevalent Odds
Ratio) value of 22,844 (CI 95% = 2,893-180,401).
Results: The results of the study show that all independent variables in EUCS have an influence on user satisfaction with the JSS online registration system. The results of the multivariate analysis show that the dominant factor affecting user satisfaction is the accuracy factor. Therefore, the accuracy factor is important to improve.
