Skripsi Karya Berbasis Magang Inovasi dan Efektivitas Program CSR: Analisis Program Pokdakan Karya Mina Lestari Dalam Program CSR PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Plant Cilacap

The existence of a company has various impacts on society and the environment. PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia Plant Cilacap, as an extractive company, has an obligation/responsibility to carry out Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The Pokdakan Karya Mina Lestari program is one of the initiatives owned by PT. SBI Plant Cilacap. There is innovation and effectiveness in the implementation of the Pokdakan Karya Mina Lestari program. However, there is also a problem where program participants only focus on creating innovations, thus overlooking the crucial aspect of effective program execution. Therefore, the author summarizes the research problem as follows: what is the form of innovation in the Karya Mina Lestari Pokdakan program, and how effective is the implementation of the program?
This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The data used in this research consists of both primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include participatory observation, interviews, discussions, meetings, documentation, and literature reviews. The validity of the analyzed data was tested through source triangulation, author triangulation, and method triangulation. The research was conducted as an internship-based study, which lasted for two months from January to the end of February. The internship activities involved fieldwork and office administrative tasks. Throughout the internship, the author had the opportunity to observe various CSR implementation processes within the company. The information for this research was obtained from 10 informants, which included program beneficiaries (members of Pokdakan) and CSR management personnel, such as the GA & Comrel Manager, Comrel Coordinator, and CRO.
The research conducted during the internship successfully revealed diverse forms of innovation within the Pokdakan Karya Mina Lestari program, including practices, discoveries, objects, and new knowledge. However, on the other hand, the Pokdakan Karya Mina Lestari program did not demonstrate effective program implementation, as seen from the failure to meet several criteria required for effective execution. These findings support the author’s hypothesis that sometimes in a program, the participants become too focused on innovation and neglect how a program should run effectively.
