Analisis strategi bersaing CV Roda Jati Wonogiri dalam menghadapi era perdagangan bebas

In Globalization era, the business development changes rapidly to following economical change. These phenomena will affect strategy of management that has been applied by company to win a fight competition. Therefore, we need to analysis external and internal factors that affect decision making for company’s strategy, and also conduct the formulating strategy matching with the environmental change of business. Analyses to find out the factors that affect the decision making for company’s strategy are external environment including environment of public, competitive advantage of nation, industrial environment analysis based on five competitive forces by Porter. Then do an internal environment analysis using the value chain analysis. After doing external and internal analysis, then following by conducting SWOT analysis to find out strengths and weaknesses that company have, as well as to find out opportunities and threats that is faced from outside company. From those analyses we can conclude that appropriate strategy to be applied by company is stability strategy by focusing at internal of company, and also variation with the cost leadership strategy to face the overseas competitor’s threats
