PERANCANGAN MODEL BISNIS APLIKASI PARKIR EASY PARKING

This research was conducted with the aim of designing a business model for the Easy Parking parking finder application. Easy Parking is a business that designs and creates mobile apps-based application systems to assist motorized vehicle drivers in monitoring the number of available parking spaces and ordering parking spaces and making parking payments. This research was conducted using qualitative and quantitative research methods. Qualitative data were obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with prospective customers of the Easy Parking application, parking lot owners and application developers. Meanwhile, quantitative data was obtained through a survey of potential customers from the Easy Parking application. Informants in interviews with prospective customers are active users of social media and private vehicles aged 24 to 40 years, while the survey respondents are 60 potential customers who were selected using a purposive sampling method. The research data were then analyzed using thematic analysis methods and economic feasibility analysis. Economic feasibility analysis is carried out by calculating the Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The results of the thematic analysis are used to create a business model and empathy map of the Easy Parking Application, while the results of the economic feasibility analysis are used to analyze whether or not this business is feasible to run.
Based on the research that has been done, the research results show that the design of the Easy Parking application business model is triggered by the need for potential customers to help find out information on the number of parking lots, make parking reservations and easy payments and implement cashless payments. The investment cost required to run this business is IDR 200,000,000. Based on the calculation of the economic feasibility analysis in the normal scenario, an NPV of IDR 3.090.704.990 is obtained, an IRR value of 60% with a payback period or PP of 4,99 years. Based on the results of these calculations, it can be concluded that the business to be carried out can be said to be feasible to run.
