KUASA PEREMPUAN DAN LAKI-LAKI DALAM LIRIK LAGU BERBAHASA JAWA BERTEMA PATAH HATI TAHUN 2019-2022

Penelitian ini mencermati posisi dan penggambaran perempuan dalam lirik lagu berbahasa Jawa bertema patah hati yang populer dalam kurun waktu 2019-2022, yang ditulis oleh pengarang laki-laki, yaitu Didi Kempot, Denny Caknan, Abah Lala, Ndarboy, Evan Loss. Teks-teks lirik tersebut dipilih berdasarkan kategori popularitas jumlah viewers di kanal Youtube sejak rilis hingga saat penelitian ini dilakukan, yakni bulan November 2022. Di dalam lirik-lirik lagu tersebut perempuan digambarkan sebagai tokoh penting di dalam cerita. Namun, lirik-lirik lagu tersebut secara eksplisit menggambarkan citra perempuan dalam rupa buruk sebagai perempuan matre (materialistis, mata duitan), tidak setia, dan merusak keharmonisan, sehingga laki-laki menjadi patah hati. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menelisik relasi konstruksi sosial perempuan dan laki-laki Jawa berdasarkan konsepsi Jawa berkaitan dengan penggambarannya di dalam teks. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis wacana kritis, untuk mendeskripsikan femininitas dan maskulinitas serta keterkaitannya di dalam teks. Hasil analisis menengarai munculnya bentuk kuasa perempuan Jawa di balik citra yang digambarkan, serta hadirnya negosiasi tersembunyi di dalam tema patah hati yang ditengarai sebagai upaya laki-laki untuk berdamai dengan perempuan. This study examines the position and depiction of women in the lyrics of songs in Javanese with the theme of heartbreak which were popular in the 2019-2022, written by male authors; Didi Kempot, Denny Caknan, Abah Lala, Ndarboy, Evan Loss. Texts were selected based on the popularity, from the number of viewers on YouTube channel, since the released date until November 2022. In the lyrics women are depicted as important characters in the story. However, the lyrics of the song explicitly describe the image of women in a bad way as women are materialistic, unfaithful, and harmony destroyer, so that men become heartbroken. The purpose of this research is to examine the social construction relations of Javanese women and men based on Javanese conceptions related to their depiction in the text. The method used is critical discourse analysis, to describe femininity and masculinity and their interrelationships in the text. The results of the analysis indicate the emergence of a form of Javanese women's power behind the image depicted, as well as the presence of hidden negotiations within the theme of heartbreak which is suspected as an attempt to make peace with women.
