Analisis Kesediaan Membayar Pengguna Jasa Bus Trans Metro Dewata dengan Metode Contingent Valuation Method (Kasus: Rute K2B, Gor Ngurah Rai-Bandara Ngurah Rai)

Bus Trans Metro Dewata merupakan salah satu program pemerintah Kota Denpasar dan berkerjasama dengan PT. Satria Trans Jaya dengan tujuan mengurangi tingkat kemacetan. Bus Trans Metro dewata saat ini belum memberlakukan tarif untuk penggunanya, namun akan segera ditetapkan harga tiket untuk sekali jalan terhadap pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi besaran nilai yang bersedia dibayar oleh pengguna jasa Bus Trans Metro Dewata (Rute: K2B Gor Ngurah Rai-Bandara Ngurah Rai). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna kendaraan bermotor berdasarkan jenis kendaraan Kota Denpasar Tahun 2021. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu proportionate stratified sampling. Jumlah responden penelitian adalah sebanyak 120 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan eViews. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya hubungan antara usia, pendapatan, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesediaan membayar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kesediaan membayar pengguna jasa Bus Trans Metro Dewata (Rute: K2B Gor Ngurah Rai-Bandara Ngurah Rai) sebesar Rp 5.120 untuk sekali jalan.

The Trans Metro Dewata bus is one of the Denpasar City government programs and in collaboration with PT. Satria Trans Jaya with the aim of reducing congestion levels. Trans Metro Dewata buses currently have not imposed tariffs for users, but will soon set ticket prices for one way for users. This study aims to estimate the amount of value that is willing to be paid by users of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus service (Route: K2B Gor Ngurah Rai-Ngurah Rai Airport). The research population is all motorized vehicle users based on the type of vehicle in Denpasar City in 2021. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified sampling. The number of research respondents was 120 respondents. Data analysis was performed using eViews. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between age, income, and service quality that had a positive effect on willingness to pay. The results of this study indicate that the average willingness to pay users of the Trans Metro Dewata Bus service (Route: K2B Gor Ngurah Rai-Ngurah Rai Airport) is IDR 5,120 for one way.
