Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Semen Gresik di Desa Tegaldowo

Tingginya permintaan semen di Indonesia yang tiap tahunnya meningkat membuat produksi batu kapur sebagai salah satu bahan baku pembuatan semen juga ikut meningkat. Hal ini mendorong beberapa wilayah yang kaya akan sumber daya alam tersebut menjadi wilayah pembangunan pabrik baru guna meningkatkan kapasitas produksi semen. Salah satunya adalah di Desa Tegaldowo yang terletak di Kabupaten Rembang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan secara geografis terletak di pegunungan kapur. Desa Tegaldowo adalah salah satu dari enam desa yang berada di ring 1 Pabrik Semen Gresik dan merupakan desa yang berkontribusi besar terhadap operasional pabrik. PT. Semen Gresik, sejak awal berdiri berupaya menjadi salah satu pihak yang berperan dalam pencapaian tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) yaitu dengan cara melaksanakan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Aktivitas operasional yang dilakukan oleh PT. Semen Gresik di Desa Tegaldowo memberikan dampak positif maupun negatif bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kepuasan masyarakat; 2) mengetahui respon masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan program CSR; dan 3) mengetahui rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh masyarakat kepada PT. Semen Gresik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) menggunakan Skala Likert. Jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 314 responden sebagai penerima manfaat program CSR. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai IKM terhadap pelaksanaan program CSR PT. Semen Gresik sepanjang tahun 2021 hingga semester 1 di tahun 2022 adalah 86,80. Artinya, tingkat kepuasan masyarakat Desa Tegaldowo terhadap pelaksanaan program CSR PT. Semen Gresik termasuk dalam kategori puas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, salah satu rekomendasi dari masyarakat adalah perlunya peningkatan terhadap aspek pelayanan CSR PT. Semen Gresik kepada masyarakat di Desa Tegaldowo.

The high demand for cement in Indonesia which increases every year makes the production of limestone as one of the raw materials for making cement also increases. This has prompted several areas rich in natural resources to be used as areas for the construction of new factories to increase cement production capacity. One of them is Rembang Regency which located in the Province of Central Java and is geographically located in the limestone mountains. Tegaldowo village is one of six villages in ring 1 of the Semen Gresik factory and is a village that contributes greatly to factory operations. PT. Semen Gresik, since its inception strive to be one of the parties that play a role in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. Operational activities carried out by PT. Semen Gresik in Tegaldowo Village has had a positive and negative impact on the community. Therefore, the aim of this research is: 1) to find out how much the community's satisfaction level is; 2) knowing the community's response to the implementation of the CSR program; and 3) knowing the recommendations given by the community to PT. Semen Gresik. The data analysis method used is the analysis of the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) using a Likert Scale. The number of respondents studied were 314 respondents as beneficiaries of the CSR program. The results of this study indicate that the value of IKM on the implementation of the CSR program of PT. Semen Gresik from 2021 to semester 1 in 2022 is 86.80. That is, the level of satisfaction of the people of Tegaldowo Village with the implementation of the CSR program of PT. Semen Gresik is categorized as satisfied. Based on the results of the analysis, one of the recommendations from the community is the need to improve the CSR service aspect of PT. Semen Gresik to the community in Tegaldowo Village.
