Analisis Webtoon dan Drama Korea Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun): Kajian Ekranisasi

Penelitian ini berfokus pada ekranisasi webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) yang dibuat oleh komikus Cheon Kye Young sejak tahun 2014 menjadi drama berjudul sama yang disutradarai oleh Lee Na Jung dan dirilis pada tahun 2019 melalui platform Netflix. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan penciutan, penambahan, dan perubahan bervariasi yang muncul dari proses pelayarputihan webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) menjadi drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Teori struktural Robert Stanton (1965) digunakan untuk menganalisis struktur penokohan dan alur webtoon dan drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun), sedangkan teori ekranisasi Pamusuk Eneste (1991) digunakan untuk menganalisis penciutan, penambahan, dan perubahan bervariasi yang dihasilkan dari proses ekranisasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persamaan dan perbedaan yang diakibatkan oleh proses ekranisasi webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) ke dalam drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengurangan dua adegan di dalam webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Demikian pula penambahan dua tokoh bernama Song Jiyeon dan Ko Suni, serta empat adegan tambahan di dalam drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Sutradara Lee Na Jung juga melakukan berbagai perubahan variasi pada alur dan penokohan agar drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) terlihat lebih realistis.

This study focuses on the ecranization of webtoon titled Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) created by comic artist Cheon Kye Young since 2014 into a drama with the same name directed by Lee Na Jung and released on Netflix platform in 2019. This study aims to find out the various subtraction, addition, and variation that emerged from the ecranization process of webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) into drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Robert Stanton's structural theory (1965) was used to analyze the characterization and plot's structure of webtoon and drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun), while Pamusuk Eneste's ecranization theory (1991) was used to analyze subtraction, addition, and variation resulting from the ecranization process. The results of the analysis show the similarities and differences caused by the process of ecranization of the webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) into the drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Based on the research results, the subtraction can be found in two scenes in the webtoon Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). There are also the addition of two characters named Song Jiyeon and Ko Suni, as well as four additional scenes in the drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun). Director Lee Na Jung also made various changes to the plot and characterization variations to make the drama Love Alarm (Joahamyeon Ullineun) look more realistic.
