Pelindungan Hukum Pemegang Tiket Konser A Kategori Presale 1 Tahun 2020 Ditinjau dari Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelindungan hukum terhadap konsumen tiket kategori presale 1 Konser A Tahun 2020, yang objek penelitiannya adalah konsumen pemegang tiket Konser A kategori presale 1 Tahun 2020 yang tidak diberikan ganti kerugian oleh panitia penyelenggara serta untuk mengetahui upaya penyelesaian hukum yang dapat ditempuh konsumen tiket kategori presale 1 atas perbuatan yang dilakukan Panitia Penyelenggara Konser A Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif-empiris yang menggabungkan antara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan dan bersifat deskriptif. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan guna memperoleh data sekunder penelusuran kepustakaan. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data-data yang berkaitan melalui wawancara dengan konsumen pemegang tiket Konser A Tahun 2020, ketua pelaksana dan staf panitia penyelenggara Konser A Tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelindungan hukum terhadap konsumen tiket kategori presale 1 Konser A Tahun 2020 berkaitan erat dengan hak konsumen yang tidak dipenuhi oleh panitia penyelenggara Konser A Tahun 2020 dan kewajiban pelaku usaha dilanggar oleh pantia penyelenggara Konser A Tahun 2020. Konsumen pemegang tiket kategori presale 1 Konser A Tahun 2020 yang dirugikan atas perbuatan yang dilakukan panitia penyelenggara Konser A Tahun 2020 dapat menempuh upaya penyelesaian hukum baik secara non litigasi (di luar pengadilan) maupun litigasi (melalui pengadilan).

This research aims to discover and analyze the legal protection for the ticket holders of the presale 1 category of A concert in 2020. The object is the consumers of the presale 1 category of A concert in 2020 who did not get compensation from the committee. It also aims to reveal the possible legal settlements taken by the consumers of the presale 1 category of A concert against the A concert committee in 2020. This research was conducted using the normative-empirical method, which combines literature and field research and is descriptive. Literature research was done to obtain the secondary literature data. The field research was done to acquire relevant data through interviews with the consumers who held tickets for A concert in 2020, the committee chief, and the committee staff of A concert in 2020. The results showed that the legal protection to the ticket consumers of the presale 1 category of A concert in 2020 is related to the consumer rights that the A concert committee did not fulfill in 2020 and the executant obligations that the A concert committee violated in 2020. The ticket holders for A concert in 2020 who were harmed by the A concert committee actions in 2020 could take legal remedies, either through non-litigation (out of court) or litigation (in court).
