ANALISIS KINERJA APLIKASI CARI SAYUR DENGAN METODE IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (STUDI KASUS PADA PT. PASKOMNAS NIAGA UTAMA)

PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama meluncurkan aplikasi Cari Sayur per awal Januari 2020 sebagai upaya perusahaan melakukan ekspansi bisnis ke pasar ritel yang lebih luas khususnya penetrasi segmen rumah tangga dengan profil konsumen yang berbelanja online dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan, sayur mayur dan buah serta kebutuhan dapur lainnya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama yang berlokasi di Tangerang dengan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitif. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung, sementara pendekatan kuantitaif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja aplikasi Cari Sayur dan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang harus dijadikan prioritas utama dalam upaya pengembangan aplikasi untuk memenuhi kepentingan atau harapan pengguna atas aplikasi ini. Untuk menganalisis tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat kinerja dari perspektif pengguna, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dengan menggunakan variabel ISO/IEC 20510:2011 yang merupakan standar internasional dalam penilaian kualitas piranti lunak. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diolah dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh responden, diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian atau tingkat kinerja aplikasi Cari Sayur sebesar 91,13% dengan nilai rata-rata tingkat kinerja aplikasi sebesar 4,09 dan nilai rata-rata tingkat kepentingan 4,48 sehingga terdapat indeks gap analysis sebesar -0,40 yang harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya untuk memenuhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti merekomendasikan perusahaan dalam pengembangan aplikasi untuk fokus pada kuadran I sebagai prioritas utama perbaikan, yaitu kuadran dengan rata-rata tingkat kinerja variabel masih dibawah rata-rata tingkat tingkat kepentingan. Terdapat 5 variabel yang berada dalam kategori kuadran ini yaitu: variabel kemudahan dalam pencarian produk (Usability Operability), kemudahan proses pembayaran (Usability Operability), perlindungan pengguna membuat kesalahan bertransaksi (Usability User Error Protection), variabel keamanan informasi pengguna terjaga baik (Security Confidentiality), dan kemudahan pengecekan status proses pesanan (Security Accountability).

PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama launched the Cari Sayur application in early January 2020 as an effort for the company to expand its business into a wider retail market, especially the penetration of the household segment with consumer profiles that shop online to fulfill food, vegetabel and fruit needs and other kitchen needs. The subject of this research is PT Paskomnas Niaga Utama located in Tangerang with a case study research design with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is through interviews and direct observation, while the quantitative approach is through the distribution of questionnaires. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Cari Sayur application and to identify what factors should be the main priority in application development efforts to meet the interests or expectations of users for this application. To analyze the level of importance and level of performance from the user's perspective, this study uses an Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach using the ISO/IEC 20510:2011 variable which is an international standard in software quality assessment. Based on the results of data processed from the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents, the level of suitability or performance level of the Cari Sayur application is 91.13% with an average value of application performance level of 4.09 and an average value of 4.48 level of importance so that there are Gap analysis index of -0.40 which performance must be improved to meet application user satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommends the company in the next application development to focus on quadrant I as the main priority for improvement, namely the quadrant with the average level of variable performance still below the average level of importance. There are 5 variables in this quadrant category, namely: ease of product search (Usability Operability), ease of payment processing (Usability Operability), protection of users from making transaction errors (Usability User Error Protection), variable security of user information is well maintained. (Security Confidentiality), and the ease of checking the status of the order process (Security Accountability).
