Tugas akhir ini berjudul Pengolahan Arsip Dinamis Inaktif SPRI (Surat Perjalanan Republik Indonesia) untuk Warga Negara Indonesia di Ruang Arsip Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Yogyakarta. Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif untuk Warga Negara Indonesia yang dilaksanakan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Yogyakarta. Penulisan tugas akhir ini menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data. Observasi partisipasi adalah metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mengamati secara langsung pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Metode wawancara dilakukan dengan tanya jawab bersama narasumber untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih mendalam. Yang terakhir adalah studi pustaka yaitu pencarian sumber atau referensi seperti buku, jurnal, atau artikel terkait pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Kesimpulan dari tugas akhir ini adalah pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif SPRI di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Yogyakarta telah memiliki prosedur pengolahan arsip yang baik karena telah menggunakan scan Barcode. Sarana dan prasarana sudah mendukung aktivitas pengolahan arsip inaktif. Tetapi masih terdapat beberapa kendala yaitu kurangnya sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan pengolahan arsip inaktif SPRI dan tidak adanya arsiparis.

This final project is titled "Processing of Inactive Records SPRI (Surat Perjalanan Republik Indonesia) for Indonesian Citizens in the Record Center Yogyakarta Immigration Office. This final project aims to find out the processing of inactive records for Indonesian Citizens at the Yogyakarta Immigration Office. This final project uses three methods of data collection. Observation of participation is a method of collecting data which is done by directly observing the processing of inactive record. The interview method was conducted with a question and answer session with the interviewees to get more in-depth information. The last is a literature study searching for sources or references such as books, journals, or articles related to the processing of inactive records. This final project concludes that the processing of inactive records SPRI at the Yogyakarta Immigration Office has a good processing of inactive record procedure because it has used a Barcode scanning. Facilities and infrastructure are already supporting the processing of inactive record. But there are still some obstacles, which are inadequate facilities and infrastructure in the processing of inactive record SPRI and there are no archivists.
