PEMBENTUKAN SUBJEK PADA TOKOH UTAMA DALAM NOVEL SASTRA JENDRA HAYUNINGRAT PANGRUWATING DIYU KARYA AGUS SUNYOTO: KAJIAN PSIKOANALISIS JACQUES LACAN

Sastra Jendra Hayuningrat Pangruwating Diyu karya Agus Sunyoto merupakan novel yang bercerita tentang pencarian hakikat Tuhan melalui satu ilmu rahasia yang bernama Sastra Jendra Hayuningrat Pangruwating Diyu. Sudrun (tokoh utama) merupakan seorang salik (pelaku jalan spiritual) yang berhasrat untuk menyingkap apa-apa yang tertutupi, khususnya hijab antara ia dengan Tuhan. Melalui psikoanalisis Jaques Lacan, penelitian ini mendedah proses pembentukan subjek serta peran hasrat dalam pembentukan subjek. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa Sudrun mengalami tiga fase pembentukan subjek, yaitu imajiner, simbolik, dan Riil sebagai tujuan utamanya. Pergerakan dari satu fase ke fase lain sangat dipengaruhi oleh peran hasrat, yang dibagi ke dalam dua bentuk, yaitu hasrat menjadi (desire to be) dan hasrat memiliki (desire to have). Hasrat menjadi Sudrun adalah manusia sempurna, sedangkan hasrat memilikinya yakni (musyahadah, penyaksian) Allah. Dengan dorongan kedua hasrat ini, Sudrun mampu beranjak dari fase imajiner sampai ke fase Riil. Fase imajiner menjadi awal pelabelan Sudrun sebagai sosok yang gila dan absurd sebab tingkahnya yang kerap membuka apapun yang terhijab. Masuk fase simbolik, hasrat untuk menyingkap yang tertutupi berkembang dari menyingkap tabir yang menempel pada benda materiil hingga menyingkap hijab antara dirinya dan Tuhan. Sebab yang Riil berada di luar bahasa, Sudrun harus mengalami psikosis (absensi atas-nama-ayah) untuk mencapai yang Riil. Yang Riil akhirnya dicapai Sudrun melalui perantara Haqiqati Muhammady yang merupakan emanasi cahaya Tuhan.

Sastra Jendra Hayuningrat Pangruwating Diyu tells a story about a journey to find God by learning an esoteric knowledge, namely Sastra Jendra Hayuningrat Pangruwating Diyu. Sudrun (the main character) is a salik (spiritual pather) who desires to unveil what is covered, especially, the veil between him and God. Using Jacques Lacan's Psychoanalysis, this current research explicates mechanism of subject formation as well as the role of desire in that process. The result shows that Sudrun undergoes three phases of subject formation, which are the Imaginary, the Symblic, and the Real as his main purpose. The movement from one phase to the other is strongly influenced by the role of desire, which is divided into two forms, desire to-be and desire to-have. Sudrun's desire to-be is to be a perfect human being, while his desire to-have is (musyahadah, witness of) God. By the drive of these two, Sudrun is able to move from the Imaginary to the Real. Imaginary phase becomes the beginning of Sudrun's labeling as a crazy and absurd figure because of his behavior, unmasking everything that is covered. Entering the symbolic phase, the desire to expose what is covered develops from exposing a veil that is attached to a material substance to exposing the veil between himself and God. Because the Real places beyond language, Sudrun must experience psychosis (the absence of name-of-the-father) to achieve the Real. The Real is finally achieved by Sudrun through the intermediary of Haqiqati Muhammady who is an emanation of God's light.
