Pengelolaan bandara yang efektif dan efisien merupakan 1 dari 3 misi PT. Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) yang lebih dikenal dengan Bandara Internasional Kertajati, namun penggunaan utilisasi (occupancy rate) dari Bandara ini masih sangat kecil. Jika terjadi secara berkelanjutan dalam jangka waktu panjang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan perusahaan pengelola bandara imbas dari pendapatan yang rendah sementara biaya operasional tinggi. Metode Importance Performance Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui gap antara tingkat kepentingan pelanggan dengan tingkat kinerja perusahaan, dengan tujuan mengusulkan perbaikan yang dapat memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan terhadap produk/jasa yang diberikan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian berupa matrix IPA terdapat 8 fasilitas Bandara yang menjadi fokus perbaikan, 20 fasilitas yang perlu dipertahankan. Presentase tingkat kesesuaian Tki Total sebesar 86,23%<100% perlu perbaikan untuk menyetarakan ekspektasi pelanggan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Harapan penelitian dapat memberikan usulan rencana pembangunan Bandara di masa mendatang bertujuan meningkatkan utilisasi Bandara dan mengetahui fasilitas yang penting bagi calon penumpang di Bandara, dan mengimplementasikan di Bandara Kertajati.

Effectiveness and efficiency of an airport management is 1 of 3 mission of PT. Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) which better known as Kertajati International Airport, but the use of occupancy rate from this airport still very low. If it is sustained over a long time periode, it can affect the revenue of airport management companies from the impact of low revenues while high operational cost. The Importance-Performance Analysis method determined the gap between customer importance rate and company performance rate, with the aim of proposing improvement that can meet customer expectations for the product / service provided by the company. The result of this study is the IPA matrix are 8 airport facilities that are focus of improvement, 20 facilities are need to be maintained. The percentage of the level of conformity of Total Tki 86,23% < 100% required improvement to be able to balance customer expectations on company performance. This research expected to be able to propose the future airport development plans in order to increase the utilization of the airport and knowing which facilities that important for prospective passanger in the general aiport and to implement it in Kertajati International Airport.
