Penelitian Hasrat Tokoh Naskah Drama Tiga Saudari Karya Anton Pavlovich Chekhov Perspektif Teori Hasrat Jacques Lacan merupakan penelitian yang berisi tentang penyelidikan dinamika hasrat tokoh dalam naskah Tiga Saudari karya Anton Chekhov. Naskah Tiga Saudari merupakan naskah drama yang dibagi menjadi empat babak yang menggambarkan kehidupan keluarga menengah masyarakat Rusia pada akhir abad kesembilan belas. Chekhov di dalam naskah ini mengeksplorasi kegelisahan dan ilusi kebahagiaan yang dirasakan oleh tiga anak perempuan Prozorov. Ketiga saudari (Olga, Masha, dan Irina) harus pindah dari Moskow. Olga, Masha dan Irina merasa terasing karena masyarakat di tempat tinggal yang baru masih memiliki kebiasaan tradisional dan kebanyakan tidak berpendidikan berbeda dengan Moskow. Ketiga saudari ingin kembali lagi ke Moskow. Penelitian ini berusaha melacak apa prinsip yang memengaruhi hasrat tokoh naskah Tiga Saudari serta Bagaimana analisis teori hasrat Jacques Lacan terhadap hasrat tokoh dalam naskah Tiga Saudari. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengetahui prinsip yang memengaruhi hasrat tokoh dalam naskah Tiga Saudari; 2) menganalisis teori hasrat Jacques Lacan terhadap hasrat tokoh dalam naskah Tiga Saudari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka dengan metode penelitian sistematis-reflektif. Objek material penelitian ini adalah tokoh dalam naskah Tiga Saudari. Objek Formal penelitian ini adalah teori hasrat Jacques Lacan. Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa rangkaian metodis sebagai berikut: 1) deskripsi; 2) Interpretasi dan Holistika; 3) Koherensi Intern. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah:a pertama, pandangan Moskow sebagai lingkungan ideal tempat tinggal menjadi prinsip yang menekan hasrat Olga, Masha, dan Irina. Kedua, tokoh Olga dalam proses gerak hasrat dari babak satu sampai babak empat lebih banyak berperan menjadi the other yang mengintervensi hasrat Masha, Irina dan Andrey; tokoh Masha hampir meraih apa yang dihasratkan, tetapi the big other yakni institusi militer menjadi penghalang. Masha ditinggal oleh objek hasratnya yakni Vershinin (seorang tentara); tokoh Irina mempunyai citra ideal tersendiri dalam hal pekerjaan, dan pekerjaan yang didapatkan selama cerita berlangsung berlainan dengan yang dihasrati; tokoh Andrey menginginkan dan diingini oleh orang tua serta saudari-saudarinya menjadi seorang profesor. Andrey memperjuangkan objek hasratnya. Andrey gagal menggapai apa yang dihasrati.

This research is titled Hasrat Tokoh Naskah Drama Tiga Saudari Karya Anton Pavlovich Chekhov Perspektif Teori Hasrat Jacques Lacan. The Three Sisters script is a drama script that is divided into four chapters depicting the lives of the middle family in Russian society at the end of the nineteenth century. Chekhov in this text explores the anxiety and illusions of happiness felt by Prozorov's three daughters. The three sisters (Olga, Masha, and Irina) had to move from Moscow. Olga, Masha and Irina felt alienated because the people in the new residence still had traditional customs and most were not educated differently from Moscow. The three sisters want to return to Moscow again. This study attempts to trace what principles affect the desires of the Three Sisters script and how the analysis of Jacques Lacan's theory of desires for the desires of the characters in the Three Sisters script. The objectives of this study are: 1) to know the principles that influence the desires of the characters in the Three Sisters text; 2) analyze Jacques Lacan's theory of desires for the desires of the characters in the text of the Three Sisters. The object of this research material is a character in the Three Sisters text. The formal object of this research is Jacques Lacan's theory of desires. Methodical elements employing in the research are description, Interpretation and Holisticism, Internal Coherence. The result of the research is: first, Moscow's view as an ideal environment of residence is a principle that suppresses the desires of Olga, Masha, and Irina. Second, Olga's character in the process of moving passion from round one to round four played more the role of being the other who intervened in the desires of Masha, Irina and Andrey; Masha's figure almost won what was desired, but the big other namely the military institution became a barrier. Masha was left behind by the object of her desire namely Vershinin (a soldier); Irina's character has his own ideal image in terms of work, and the work obtained during the story takes place in contrast to what is desired; Andrey's character wants and is desired by his parents and sisters to become a professor. Andrey fought for the object of his desire. Andrey failed to reach what was desired.
