RENCANA MODEL BISNIS FINANSIAL BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI MELALUI APLIKASI MOBILE �INVENTURE�

UMKM merupakan salah satu penyumbang GDP terbesar di Indonesia. Namun sayangnya, akses sumber permodalan dari lembaga keuangan bagi pelaku UMKM masih berbelit-belit. Di sisi lain fenomena pertumbuhan penduduk yang memiliki mata pencarian sebagai pelaku bisnis dari tahun ke tahun cenderung meningkat walaupun kenaikannya tidak signifikan. Rendahnya pertumbuhan pelaku bisnis di Indonesia terjadi karena terdapat hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi masyarakat seperti minimnya modal, pengetahuan, pengalaman, rasa takut akan kegagalan dan belum siapnya untuk meninggalkan pendapatan tetap sebagai seorang pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model bisnis finansial berbasis teknologi melalui aplikasi mobile bernama Inventure dimana rencana bisnis ini dalam menyusun kanvas model bisnis menggunakan pendekatan peta empati agar lebih mengetahui keinginan dan kebutuhan para investor retail sebagai calon konsumen. Inventure merupakan aplikasi yang menyediakan investasi bisnis berbasis crowdfunding yang dapat diunduh di Appstore dan Playstore. Inventure memberikan kelebihan kepada konsumennya yaitu kemudahan investasi hanya dengan sentuhan jari, modal investasi yang rendah, pengalaman dalam dunia bisnis dan laporan keuangan bisnis yang transparan.

UMKM is one of the biggest contributors to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia. But unfortunately, access to capital sources from financial institutions for UMKM is still complicated. On the other hand the phenomenon of population growth that has a livelihood as a business person from year to year tends to increase even though the increase is not significant. The low growth of business people in Indonesia occurs because there are obstacles faced by society such as lack of capital, knowledge, experience, fear of failure and not ready to leave fixed income as a worker. This study aims to design a technology-based financial business model through a mobile application called Inventure where this business plan in compiling a business model canvas uses an empathy map approach to get better understand the wants and needs of retail investors as potential consumers. Inventure is an application that provides crowdfunding-based business investment that can be downloaded on the Appstore and Playstore. Inventure provides advantages to consumers, namely ease of investment with just the touch of a finger, low investment capital, experience in the business world and transparent business financial reports.
