Sistem Kolaborasi Ekonomi Gojek Dalam Meningkatkan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga (Studi pada Pemuda Mitra Pengemudi Gojek Yogyakarta)

Era digital telah merubah konsep berbisnis secara konvensional dimana seluruh aset harus milik pribadi, menjadi sebuah bisnis kolaborasi antar masyarakat. Bisnis dengan cara berkolaborasi pun mulai marak hadir di Indonesia, salah satu yang paling menarik perhatian yaitu Gojek. Melalui aplikasi Gojek, perusahaan menghubungkan antar pengguna dan pengemudi. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang keterlibatan pemuda menjadi mitra pengemudi Gojek dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarga (studi pada mitra pengemudi Gojek di wilayah Yogyakarta). Tujuan dari penelitian, 1) Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong pemuda bergabung menjadi mitra pengemudi Gojek. 2) Menganalisis peran sistem Kolaborasi Ekonomi PT Gojek terhadap kesejahteraan pemuda mitra Gojek regional Yogyakarta. 3) Mengevaluasi tingkat pendapatan pemuda yang terlibat menjadi mitra pengemudi Gojek terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui 1) Observasi, 2) Wawancara, 3) Studi pustaka, 4) Internet dan 5) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan 1) Reduksi data, 2) Kategorisasi, 3) Display data dan 4) Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Terdapat beberapa faktor pemuda terlibat sebagai pengemudi Gojek yakni tuntutan ekonomi, sistem kerja yang fleksibel, sistem kerja yang efektif dan efisien, peningkatan status pekerjaan, dan menambah pergaulan dan jejaring. 2) Keterlibatan pemuda di wilayah Yogyakarta sebagai pengemudi ojek online berdampak terhadap kesejahteraannya. Terdapat dua indikator untuk melihat hal tersebut, yakni tingkat pendapatan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup. 3) Keterlibatan pemuda di wilayah Yogyakarta sebagai pengemudi ojek online berdampak terhadap ketahanan ekonomi keluarganya. Terdapat dua indikator untuk melihat hal tersebut, yakni meningkatnya pendapatan keluarga dan pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga yang tercukupi.

The digital age has changed the concept of conventional business where all assets must be privately owned, into a business of inter-community collaboration. Business by collaborating began to flourish in Indonesia, one of the most interesting is Gojek. Through the Gojek application, the company connects users and drivers. This study examines the involvement of young people as Gojek driver partners and their implications for family economic resilience (studies on Gojek driver partners in the Yogyakarta region). The purpose of the study, 1) Identify and evaluate the factors that encourage youth to join as Gojek driver partners. 2) Analyzing the role of the PT Gojek Economic Collaboration system on the welfare of the youth of the Yogyakarta regional Gojek partners. 3) Evaluating the income level of the involved youth to be the Gojek driver partner towards family economic resilience. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through 1) Observations, 2) Interviews, 3) Literature studies, 4) Internet searches and 5) Documentation. Data analysis techniques use 1) Data reduction, 2) Categorization, 3) Data display and 4) Conclusion. The results of the study show that; 1) There are several factors that young people are involved as Gojek driver, namely economic demands, flexible work systems, effective and efficient work systems, improved employment status, and increased association and networking. 2) The involvement of youth in the Yogyakarta region as online motorcycle taxi drivers has an impact on their welfare. There are two indicators to see this, namely the level of income and fulfillment of living needs. 3) The involvement of youth in the Yogyakarta region as online motorcycle taxi driver has an impact on the economic resilience of their families. There are two indicators to see this, namely increasing family income and fulfilling adequate household needs.
