Pengaruh Retaliasi, Loyalitas, dan Komitmen Profesional Terhadap Niat Individu Melakukan Whistleblowing (Studi pada BUMD Kabupaten Temanggung)

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh retaliasi, loyalitas, dan komitmen profesional terhadap niat individu melakukan whistleblowing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan 125 kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden yaitu pegawai yang bekerja di enam perusahaan BUMD Kabupaten Temanggung. Dari kuesioner yang disebarkan Terdapat 100 kuesioner yang lengkap sehingga dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut dari 107 kuesioner yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan pengujian statistik regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa retaliasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat individu melakukan whistleblowing, sedangkan loyalitas dan komitmen profesional berpengaruh dengan korelasi positif terhadap niat individu melakukan whistleblowing sehingga semakin tinggi loyalitas dan komitmen profesional seseorang maka semakin tinggi niat seseorang untuk melaporkan tindakan yang tidak etis dan melanggar petarutan dilingkungan bekerjanya.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of retaliation, loyalty, and professional commitment to individuals intention in doing whistle blowing. The data were collected through a survey method with 125 questionnaires that were distributed directly to respondents, which are employees who worked in six BUMD (Regional-Owned Enterprises) of Temanggung Regency. From the distributed questionnaires, there are 100 complete questionnaires of 107 collected questionnaires that can be further analyzed. By using multiple linear regression statistical tests, the results showed that retaliation did not affect the individuals intention in doing whistle blowing, while loyalty and professional commitment have an effect on a positive correlation to individuals intention in doing whistle blowing with the result that the higher a person's loyalty and professional commitment is, the higher the person's intention to report an unethical action and violating the rules of his/her work environment.
