PENGARUH STRUKTUR ORGANISASI PADA KEEFEKTIFAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS PT. ASDP INDONESIA FERRY (PERSERO)

PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang mengadakan jasa penyeberangan dan pengelola pelabuhan penyeberangan untuk penumpang, kendaraan dan barang. Dalam perkembangannya PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) selama Tahun 2018, dibandingkan dengan periode tahun sebelumnya pencapaian produksi penyeberangan umumnya kendaraan mengalami penurunan sebesar 1%, bila dibandingkan dengan produksi penyeberangan pada tahun sebelumnya pencapaian produksi tahun 2018 tidak mencapai target yang ditetapkan, sedangkan pencapaian produksi penyeberangan penumpang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 3% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya, sehingga untuk produksi penyeberangan tahun 2018 melebihi pendapatan pada tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan pencapaian produksi pelabuhan umumnya mengalami penurunan masing-masing penumpang 1% dan kendaraan 3%,. Sama halnya bila dibandingkan dengan pencapaian produksi pelabuhan yang lebih rendah dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya Seiring dengan berjalan kompetisi dalam dunia usaha, maka penulis menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penurunan produksi penyeberangan dan produksi pelabuhan yaitu pertama, terdapat divisi dalam struktur organisasi yang memiliki kewenangan lintas divisi sehingga mempengaruhi dalm pengambilan keputusan. Kedua, pengambilan keputusan lintas divisi dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan yang tidak efektif dan produktif sehingga berdampak terhadap pendapatan perusahaan. Hal ini dilakukan berdasarkan pada pnelitian yang dilakukan baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif dengan bentuk studi kasus pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pengamatan dan pemetaan secara sistematis mengenai kondisi kegiatan dan keuangan yang berlangsung pada PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) untuk mengetahui kondisi yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa struktur organisasi yang ada memiliki dampak terhadap produktivitas dan profitabilitas sebagai berikut. Terjadi penurunan produktivitas pada faktor material, tenaga kerja dan energi dibanding tahun sebelumnya serta untuk modal terjadi peningkatan produktivitas dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Sedangkan untuk profitabilitas terjadi penurunan pada faktor tenaga kerja dan energi serta terjadi peningkatan pada faktor material dan modal.

PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a State Owned Enterprise providing crossover and ferry port manager services for passengers, vehicles and commodities. Talking about the development of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero), the amount of vehicles that were crossing the sea through the service of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry throughout the 2018 was generally decreased to 1% if compared to that of the previous year, which means that the crossing production achievement in the section of in 2018 did not fulfill the target set, while crossing production achievement was decreased to 1% for the passenger section if compared to that of previous year. Hence, the crossing production of 2018 exceeds the income of the previous year. Meanwhile the port production achievement generally decreases to 1% for passenger section and 3% for vehicle section, which means that port production achievement in 2018 is lower if compared to that of the previous year . Along with the competition in business, the writer found some factors affecting the decrease of crossing and port productions, Firstly, there is a division in the organization structure having cross division authority that affects the decision taking. Secondly, the cross division decision taken for work completion is not effective, nor is it productive, that it affects the companys income. This findings were founded based on the research that has been conducted by the writer quantitatively or qualitatively in the form of study case of PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Observation and systematic mapping regarding the activity conditions and finance in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) were performed in this research in order to comprehend the real condition. The finding of this research indicated that the organization structure, that was applicable at that time, had an effect on the productivity and profitability, as in a decrease of productivity on material, labor and energy factors (if compared to the previous year) and, in term of capital, an increase of productivity (if compared to the previous year), meanwhile, for profitability, a decrease on labor and energy factors and an increase on material and capital factors.
