AMANAT KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM TUJA'I MOLO'OPU:UPACARA ADAT PENERIMAAN BUPATI DI GORONTALO (ANALISIS FORMULA,KOMPOSISI SKEMATIK DAN PERFORMANCE)

Salah satu sastra lisan yang masih digunakan dalam acara adat Gorontalo, adalah Tuja'i Molo'opu.Sastra lisan ini disampaikan pada upacara adat penerimaan pejabat di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Sebagaimana tradisi lainnya yang mengalami perubahan, Tuja'i Molo'opu juga demikian seiring dengan perubahan masyarakatnya. Oleh karena itu perlu diadakan pengkajian sebagai landasan preservasi sastra lisan Tuja'i Molo'opu. Dengan demikian upacara Tuja'i Molo'opu ini bukanlah pelengkap upacara Molo'opu, akan tetapi mengandung pesan moral, yang merupakan amanat leluhur kepada pejabat yang akan memimpin di Gorontalo. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kelisanan Albert Bates Lord dan Ruth Finnegan. Untuk menerapkan teori tersebut digunakan dua pendekatan, yaitu pendekatan Struktural dan pendekatan Etnografi. Pendekatan Struktural digunakan untuk mengkaji formula dan komposisi skematik teks Tuja'i Molo'opu sebagai puisi lisan. Sedangkan pendekatan etnografi digunakan untuk menggali data tentang performancesebagai aspek budaya masyarakat Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komposisi skematik dalam Tuja'i Molo'opu dikembangkan oleh sekuen-sekuen: 1) sekuen pembuka, 2) sekuen laporan, 4) sekuen arahan, 5) sekuen nasihat, 6) sekuen pujian, 7) sekuen agama, 8) sekuen harapan, 9) sekuen penutup. Formula Tuja'i Molo'opu memiliki (1) formula pengulangan kalimat, (2) formula pengulangan kelompok kata, (3) formula pengulangan kata, (4) formula pengulangan bervariasi, (5) formula paralelisme. Amanat kepemimpinan yang tertuang dalam Tuja'i Molo'opu ini berupa pesan moral (1) siddiq/jujur, (2) amanah/tanggungjawab, (3) fathonah/ cerdas, (4) tabligh/ komunikatif. Aspek kelisanan pada Tuja'i Moloâ'opu ini yang meliputi performance, yang memiliki beberapa unsur, yaitu: (1) performerdan partisipan, (2) kostum, (3) audiens,(3) situasi pelaksanaan upacara, (4)perlengkapan benda-benda budaya, (5) pengiring atau media, (6) variasi atau respon terhadap sastra lisan.

One of the oral literature which is still used in Gorontalo custom event is Tuja'i Molo'opu. Oral literature is uttered at the ceremonial of officials reception in Gorontalo. As other traditions are changing, Tuja'i Molo'opu also along with the changes of the society. Therefore it needs to be held as the Foundation for preservation of the study of oral literature Tuja'i Molo'opu. Thus the ceremony Tuja'i Molo'opu this is not the complement of Molo'opu ceremony but contain a moral messages, which as ancestors messages to the man who will lead in Gorontalo. The theory used in this research is the theory of orality Albert Bates Lord and Ruth Finnegan. To apply this theory used two approaches, namely, structural and Ethnographic aproaches. The structural approach is used to examine the formula and schematic composition of the text tuja'i Molo'opu as oral poetry. While ethnographic approach is used to explore data on leadership message and performance as the cultural aspects of the community of Gorontalo. The results of this research show that formula tuja'i Molo'opu has the formula (1) repetition of a sentence, (2) repetition of the word group/phrase, (3) formula of word repetition, (4) formula of varied repetition, (5) parallelism. The schematic composition of the Tuja'i Molo'opu developed by the sequences, they are: 1) opening sequence, 3) report sequence, 4) directives sequence, 5) exhortation sequence, 6) praise sequence, 7) religion sequence, 8) the hopes sequence, and 9) the closing sequence.The leadership messages included in the Tuja'i Molo'opu as moral messages are: (1) siddiq/honest, (2) amanah/responsible, (3) fathonah/ intelligent, (4) tabligh/ communicative. Aspects of orality in this tuja'i Molo'opu covering performance, which has severalelements, namely: (1) the performer, (2) costume, (3) cultural objects supplies, (4) a ccompanist/media of performance, (5) the audience and the situation of the implementation of the ceremony,(6) variation or response to oral literature.
