Laporan Tugas Akhir berjudul Sistem Aplikasi Arsip Digital sebagai Sarana Pengolahan Arsip Dinamis Aktif di Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Tujuan laporan ini untuk mengetahui prosedur pengolahan arsip dinamis aktif di Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Pengolahan arsip dinamis aktif perlu dilakukan agar isi informasi arsip dapat terjamin dan fisik arsip dapat terjaga. Penyusunan laporan menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data, yaitu: kajian pustaka, observasi partisipatif, dan wawancara.Kajian pustaka merupakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan studi penelitian terhadap buku-buku, literatur-literatur, catatan dan laporan yang relevan dengan masalah yang dipecahkan. Observasi partisipatif yaitu penulis berperan serta dalam kegiatan atau aktivitas yang sesuai dengan tema dan fokus pada masalah yang dicari.Wawancara dilakukan oleh pegawai yang menangani arsip dinamis dan sistem aplikasi arsip digital. Arsip dinamis di Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi sebagian besar belum tertata dengan baik khususnya arsip dinamis aktif. Arsip dinamis aktif yang belum tertata akan diolah dengan menggunakan Sistem Aplikasi Arsip Digital. Sarana dan prasarana diperlukan untuk menunjang proses pelaksanaan pengolahan arsip dinamis aktif yang berada di ruang file. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengolahan arsip yaitu kurangnya sarana dalam penyimpanan arsip, masih tercecernya arsip antara arsip aktif dan inaktif, belum adanya pemisahan antara arsip dan non arsip serta belum adanya sumber daya manusia yang mengolah arsip dinamis aktif. Saran dari kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengolahan arsip dinamis yaitu adanya pengadaan sarana seperti lemari arsip yang berguna untuk menyimpan arsip, adanya pemisahan antara arsip aktif dan inaktif, adanya pemisahan antara arsip dan non arsip serta adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten untuk mengolah arsip dinamis aktif.

This Final Report is entitled Digital Records Applications System As A Media Of Processing The Records In Directorate General Of Oil And Gas Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources. The purpose of this report is to know processing procedure of active records at the Directorate General of Oil and Gas at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. Records processing needs to be done so that the contents of the archive information can be guaranteed and physical archives can be maintained. This report used three methods of data collection, namely: literature review, participatory observation, and interview. Literature review is a technique of data collection by conducting research studies on books, literature, records and reports relevant to the problem solved. Participatory observation is the author’s participation in activities or activities that fit the theme and focus on the problem. Interview is conducted to the employees who handles the records and digital records application system. Records at the Directorate General of Oil and Gas are mostly not well organized, especially active records. Active records that are not yet organized will be processed using the Digital Archive Application System. Facilities and infrastructure are needed to support of processing the active records located in the central file. Some obstacles encountered in the implementation of records processing is the lack of means in archive storage, still mixed between active and inactive records, there is no separation between records and non-records and no employees who process the active records. Suggestions of obstacles encountered the processing of active records is the procurement of facilities such as file cabinets that are useful for storing records, the separation between active and inactive records, the separation between records and non-records and the existence of competent employees to process active records.
