PENGOLAHAN ARSIP DINAMIS INAKTIF SEBAGAI BENTUK PENINGKATAN KESADARAN ARSIP DI FAKULTAS FARMASI UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Fakultas Farmasi sangat penting diketahui mengingat kondisi arsip yang tercipta masih tergolong tidak teratur, sehingga menghambat kinerja organisasi. Kegiatan pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Fakultas Farmasi sebagai bentuk peningkatan kesadaran arsip yang disusun setelah pelaksanaan praktik kerja lapangan selama dua bulan. Adapun tujuan laporan tugas akhir adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi dan pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif, sarana dan prasarana, kendala yang dihadapi dan upaya peningkatan kesadaran arsip di Fakultas Farmasi UGM. Studi ini menggunakan tiga metode. Pertama, metode observasi partisipatif yaitu melalui pengamatan dan berpartisipasi aktif secara langsung. Kedua, metode wawancara yaitu untuk mendapatkan informasi langsung dari petugas yang ada di lapangan. Ketiga yaitu metode studi pustaka. Metode studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber bahan pustaka yang berkaitan dengan laporan tugas akhir. Kesimpulan tugas akhir ini bahwa pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Fakultas Farmasi UGM belum baik karena arsip masih belum teratur dan terdapat kendala yang dihadapi. Kendala yang dihadapi belum adanya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang kearsipan. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan kurang memadai. Dengan adanya pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif dapat meningkatkan kesadaran arsip di Fakultas Farmasi UGM, di antaranya melalui perbaikan records center, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, penambahan anggaran, pengadaan tenaga paruh waktu dan tertib sumber daya kearsipan.

Processing of the inactive record at Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada is very important to know the archival condition that are created not organized. The activities of processing of inactive record to increase awareness of archival at Faculty of Pharmacy that arranged after the implementation of job training for two months. The purpose of this final report is to know archival condition and the processing of inactive record, facilities, the constraints faced, and effort to increase awareness of archival at Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada. This study uses three methods. First, the participatory method is direct observation through active participation. Second, the method of interview is to get information directly from the officers in the field. Third, the literature study method. A literature study method is to collect data from different types of materials related to the final project. The conclusion of final report is that the processing of inactive record in Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada is not well, because the archival condition is not organized and there are obstacles faced. The obstacles faced by lack of human resources. In addition, facilities and infrastructure are not adequate. The processing of inactive record is effort to increase awareness of archival at Faculty Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada, such as record center changes, collection of facilities and infrastructure, budgetary addition, procurement of apprentices and orderly archival resources.
